Landsea Green Management Limited is the sole listed platform of Landsea Group's green residential development business, which its business currently comprises service investment, development and management in China and the United States.

Founded in 2001, Lanson Group is an international development service provider with green and vertically integrated professional capabilities. Currently, its main business is property development, while it is actively developing green retirement, green financial services, green decoration, green design, service and other related businesses, and actively expanding its overseas property business in the United States and Germany. In 2015, Landsea released the strategy of "Product Differentiation, Asset-light and Market Internationalization" to realize the transformation from a traditional developer to a new asset-light green enterprise focusing on green real estate development and services.
