On May 13, 2020, BYD ranked 832 on the 2020 Forbes list of the top 2000 global enterprises.

On January 9, 2020, the Hurun Research Institute released "Hurun China's Top 500 Private Enterprises 2019", and BYD ranked 58th with a market value of 109 billion yuan.

In May 2021, BYD ranked 458 in the "2021 Forbes Global Enterprises 2000".

In January 2022, the Hurun Research Institute released the Hurun Top 100 Sustainable Development List of Chinese Private Enterprises, and BYD was included in the list.

In May 2022, the company was selected into the Forbes 2022 Global Companies 2000 list, ranking 579.

In Aug 2022, Fortune magazine released the list of the world's top 500 in 2022, and BYD entered the list for the first time

2022年4月11日，乘联会发布数据称，3月新能源乘用车市场多元化发力，比亚迪纯电动与插混双驱动夯实自主品牌新能源领先地位，厂商批发销量突破万辆的企业有13家（较去年同期增2家），其中比亚迪104338辆。 

2022年6月消息，比亚迪公告，5月新能源汽车销量114943辆，去年同期32800辆；本年累计销量507314辆，同比增长348.11%。

2020年5月13日，比亚迪名列2020福布斯全球企业2000强榜第832位。

2020年1月9日，胡润研究院发布《2019胡润中国500强民营企业》，比亚迪以市值1,090亿元位列第58位。
