On April 29, The Suning Shopping 2021 Social Responsibility Report (hereinafter referred to as the Report) was officially released, which is the 14th social responsibility report issued by Suning Shopping since 2009. The report discloses the concept and achievements of Suning Tesco's social responsibility implementation in 2021 in terms of improving service experience, promoting industrial cooperation, creating green ecology, assisting staff development and participating in public welfare undertakings. The report disclosed that in 2021, Suning Formulated and improved the service policy of its own products, and provided core parts warranty services beyond the refurbishment warranty years for suning's own products and products of various brand series signed by suning, so as to fully protect the rights and interests of consumers. At the same time, during the reporting period, the company's delivery performance ushered in a new breakthrough, self-run delivery service performance rate increased 2.47% year on year, merchant 48-hour delivery rate increased 3.77% year on year.

4月29日,《苏宁易购2021年社会责任报告》(以下简称《报告》)正式发布,这是苏宁易购自2009年以来发布的第14份社会责任报告。报告从提升服务体验、促进行业合作、创建绿色生态、助力员工发展、参与公益事业等多方面披露了苏宁易购2021年社会责任履行的理念和成果。报告披露,2021年,苏宁易购制定并完善了自主产品的服务政策,对苏宁易购自营产品、签约各品牌系列的产品提供超出整修保修年份的核心零部件保修服务,全力保障消费者权益。同时,报告期内,公司配送履约迎来新突破,自营配送服务履约率同比增长2.47%,商户48小时发货率同比增长3.77%。
