国家能源集团国神鄂温克电厂积极探索新能源有效空间的使用和清洁消纳,利用灰场、水源地以及煤矿的空闲地建设光伏发电项目,6月27日,电厂举行了厂内二期5兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目开工仪式,项目投产后,预计每年可发电700万千瓦时,年可节约标准煤2000吨左右。

光伏发电作为一种清洁能源,对促进我国能源转型、保障电力供应具有重要意义,也是实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的重要措施,是国家能源集团坚持绿色低碳发展战略、国神公司打造“一体两翼”产业格局的重要手段,作为基层发电企业,鄂温克电厂在圆满完成一期10兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目任务后,实施建设二期5兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目。

据了解,二期5兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目,利用灰场一级坝、电厂磅房北侧三角地带和电厂水源地空余剩地建设光伏电站开展分布式光伏建设,计划工期90天,9月30日投产发电。二期5兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目建设投运后,预计年均发电量可达650到700千瓦时,每年可节约标准煤2000吨,减少烟尘排放量约0.21吨、二氧化硫排放量1.04吨、氮氧化物排放量1.16吨、二氧化碳排放量5403.76吨,较大的减少有害物质排放量,带来显著的生态环境效益,为护航地方经济绿色发展、低碳发展贡献出了一份力量。
