In April 2025, the "Distinguished Green Users for Space' Initiative" was officially launched at the main venue of the 2025 Shanghai Climate Week, "Climate Lighthouse". Under the policy guidance of the "Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China", this initiative was jointly initiated by the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, WuWanYun Space Technology Service Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development at Tsinghua University (ICCSD), China Business Climate Action (CCCA), Enterprise Carbon Neutrality Action, and the Center for Climate Change and Development.

2025年4月，“绿色空间使用者行动”在2025上海气候周“气候灯塔”主会场正式启动。该行动在“全面推进美丽中国建设意见”政策指引下，由生态环境部宣传教育中心、万物云空间科技服务股份有限公司，联合清华大学气候变化与可持续发展研究院（ICCSD）、中国企业气候行动(CCCA)、企业碳中和行动、大道应对气候变化促进中心共同发起。

In the community, street and property management staff promote energy conservation and emission reduction through garbage classification. In schools and hospitals, operation personnel adjust water and electricity based on AI intelligence. These practices do not rely on large-scale renovations of buildings and equipment, but rather focus on "making good use of existing resources", highlighting the ecological governance concept of "all people building and sharing together". This action is committed to building a localized green space user evaluation system and promoting the popularization of low-carbon work, production and lifestyle. Its innovation lies in the intelligent activation of existing resources - linking millions of spaces through digital technology, guiding behavior optimization through cases, and integrating energy conservation and emission reduction into daily life. This move not only responds to the lifestyle of "simplicity, moderation and green low-carbon", but also deepens the principle of "ecological benefits for the people and shared construction and sharing".

作为落实习近平生态文明思想的重要实践，这一行动聚焦空间使用者、运营者与维护者的能动价值，倡导通过日常行为激活既有空间的低碳潜力。在社区，街道与物业工作人员通过垃圾分类推广节能减排，在学校、医院，运营人员依据AI智能调控水电，这些实践并不依赖建筑本体与设备的大额改造，而以“用好既有资源”为核心，彰显了“全民共建共享”的生态治理理念。

At the launch ceremony, Zhang Jian, Vice Dean of the Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development at Tsinghua University, Tang Yanting, Climate Director of the Sustainable Development Center of WuWanYun, Liu Yifeng, Deputy Director of the Center for Climate Change and Development, and representatives of China Business Climate Action jointly unveiled the initiative. In the future, the initiative will establish an annual case collection mechanism, through recommendations from universities, environmental protection organizations and enterprises or self-nominations, and after expert review, form outstanding cases, which will be released globally during the United Nations Climate Change Conference each year.

该行动致力于构建本土化绿色空间使用者评价体系，推动低碳工作、生产与生活方式的普及。其创新性体现在对既有资源的智慧激活——通过数字化技术链接千万空间，以案例引导行为优化，让节能减排融入日常肌理。此举既是对“简约适度、绿色低碳”生活方式的响应，也是对“生态惠民、共建共享”原则的深化。

He Chaoxin, Director of the Youth Committee of Shanghai Climate Week, said in her speech, "Low-carbon transformation is not only about equipment upgrades, but also about warm-hearted behavioral changes. We look forward to more participants joining this 'soft emission reduction' initiative, making every kilowatt-hour of electricity, every sheet of paper, and every drop of water fully utilized."

Zhang Jian, Vice Dean of the Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development at Tsinghua University, pointed out that property management's optimization of air conditioning management, citizens' practice of double-sided printing, and villagers' innovative use of straw are these small actions that are building the most solid foundation for green transformation.

清华大学气候变化与可持续发展研究院副院长张健指出，物业优化空调管理、市民践行双面打印、村民创新秸秆利用，这些微小行动正构筑起绿色转型最坚实的基石。

Wang Weiwei, General Manager of the Sustainable Development Center of WuWanYun, said, "As a leading enterprise in the field of energy conservation in real estate space, WuWanYun will empower space operators with digital capabilities, making low-carbon practices quantifiable and scalable, and injecting sustainable momentum into the construction of a 'Beautiful China'."

万物云可持续发展中心总经理王唯唯表示，作为不动产空间节能领域的头部企业，万物云将以数字化能力赋能空间运营者，让低碳实践可量化、可推广，为“美丽中国”建设注入可持续动能。

This initiative takes "user initiative" as its starting point, promoting the shift of low-carbon practices from "building and equipment-led" to a low-cost, high-participation model of "collective creation by all".

本次行动以“使用者能动性”破题，推动将低碳实践从“建筑与设备主导”转向“全民共创”的低成本、高参与模式。
