In order to raise awareness of the climate crisis among enterprises and the public, and to promote the action and international influence of Chinese entrepreneurs in addressing climate change, Mr. Wang Shi and other business leaders and environmental publicists launched the Entrepreneurs’ China Champions for Climate Action (C Team) in 2014, aiming to build an international platform for entrepreneurs to interact, learn and participate in a new model to jointly explore the green transformation of China's economic development.

On May 8, 2017, the C Team was officially registered in Shenzhen, dedicated to supporting Chinese entrepreneurs to become the leaders in addressing climate change, promoting green innovation and transformation, exploring a green and low-carbon development model with Chinese characteristics, and promoting sustainable development and ecological civilization.

为提升企业和公众对气候危机的认知，推动中国企业家在应对气候变化中的行动力和国际影响力，王石等企业领袖和环保公益人士于2014年发起应对气候变化企业家联盟(英文简称 C Team)，旨在搭建国际间企业家交流平台，以互动、学习和深度参与的新型模式，共同探索中国经济发展的绿色转型。

2017年5月8日，大道应对气候变化促进中心在深圳正式注册成立，致力于支持中国企业家成为应对气候变化的行动引领者，推动绿色创新与变革，探索中国特色的绿色低碳发展模式，促进可持续发展和生态文明建设。
