Shore power facilities are also needed after electric ship

研究公司Research and Markets此前发布的《2015—2024全球电动船舶、小型潜艇及自动水下船舶的市场报告》提到,到2024年全球电动船舶市场的规模将达到73亿美元(约合人民币453.1亿元),市场前景非常广阔。
2018年8月9日晚亿纬锂能发布公告称子公司湖北金泉的产品磷酸铁锂电池获得中国船级社型式认可,未来将应用于船舶与海洋设施动力蓄电池。信息显示至此湖北金泉生产的“磷酸铁锂电池”中已有5种产品型号获得中国船级社型式认可证书。2018年12月底,宁德时代也与中国船级社(CCS)武汉规范研究所签署了战略合作协议,将共同推动电池船舶技术标准研究、水上应用等工作,建立从电池单体、模块、电池管理系统到电池系统的安全规范体系,促进锂电池水上安全应用的健康、持续发展。
世界首艘千吨级电动船 “河豚”号顺利接船

国内首制纯电动铝合金高速船下水试航
2019年1月11日,在烟波浩渺的南洞庭湖上,三款由新型锂电动力游艇正在安静的试航。其中一款名为HQ1850的国内首制HQ1850纯电动铝合金高速船,既没有传统柴油机游艇巨大的机器轰鸣声,相比普通的新能源船速度更快捷,航行更平稳,优越的性能让来自全国各地的游客啧啧称奇。据介绍,HQ1850纯电动铝合金高速船由磷酸铁锂储能系统提供推进原动力,电动机进行驱动。经实船测算,相同主机功率条件下,该船运行成本只有普通柴油机船的三分之一左右,噪音只有65分贝,且平均每年可减少CO2排放1.5吨左右,充分体现该船低噪音、低震动、零污染、零排放等特点。同时,该船为双体船,抗风浪性能优越,兴波与尾浪小,最高时速可达25公里/时,突破了一般电动船舶速度慢的瓶颈。
我国第一艘超50米长的全磷酸铁锂电池推进客船开建
我国第一艘超50米长的全电池推进客船在泰州靖江开工建造。该船采用高性能锂电池作为全船的动力源。船上安装有重达25吨的大容量锂电池组,整船电池容量为2280千瓦/时,相当于50台电动汽车的电池容量。在7节航速下续航力可达120公里。该船采用“白天运营,晚上靠泊充电”的工作模式。充电时间仅需6小时。按照长江大桥到二桥之间往返的经典旅游路线,充满一次电,可以保证连续8个航次的运营。全电动客船采用纯绿色、可持续的设计理念,运用铁锂电池+电动吊舱推进,是目前国内经中国船级社批准建造的首制最大尺度电动客船,将实现零排放、低噪音,打造我国新能源船艇的示范典型。
国内首艘纯锂电画舫船安徽万佛湖首航
2017年7月25日,在安徽舒城万佛湖国内首艘纯锂电画舫船正式下水,据介绍,这艘纯锂电画舫船长12.8米,宽3.64米,可在内河B、C级航区航行。在电池方面,船只搭载158.5kwh磷酸铁锂电池,最高船速15km/h,续航时间达到7小时。与传统的画舫船相比,此艘画舫船采用纯锂电加双电机驱动船桨,具有振动小、噪音低、零排放、乘坐更加稳定舒适的特点。
船舶电动后还需要岸电设施辅助
同电动汽车的发展类似,电动船舶若要正常运营、还需建设完备的配套岸电设施。交通运输部曾印发《靠港船舶使用岸电2016~2018年度项目奖励资金申请指南》,江苏、浙江、上海、深圳等各省市地方政府相继出台了港口岸电设施财政补贴、岸电服务指导价格等配套支持政策。
2018年12月18日,国家交通运输部及上海、江苏、浙江、安徽四省市联合印发《关于协同推进长三角港航一体化发展六大行动方案》,方案中“绿色航运协同发展行动”方面指出要积极推进新能源和清洁能源应用,通过争取中央财政补贴及加大地方财政支持,降低岸电成本、提高岸电设施建设和使用率,力争2019年底前主要港口完成《港口岸电布局方案》现有码头岸电改造。
河北秦皇岛港首套船舶岸电项目连船调试成功
据2018年11月报道,秦皇岛港首套高压岸电设备在煤五期905泊位成功为“神华538”轮接电,标志着秦皇岛港已具备高压岸电供电能力。
此前,所有靠泊秦皇岛港的船舶都是依靠自备辅助发电机,以满足用电需求。由于该类发电机大多使用重油发电,运行中会排放出PM2.5颗粒、二氧化硫和氮氧化物等污染物,其碳排量占港口总排碳量的40%至70%,是影响港口及所在城市空气质量的重要因素。按照国家相关环保政策要求,自2015年以来,秦皇岛港一直致力于加快船舶岸电等绿色低碳技术在港口的推广使用,计划投资近7000万元,到2020年在东港区建设8套容量为1250KVA的“多电制,分立式”船舶岸电系统。
福建沿海6市18县实现港口岸电全覆盖
2019年1月8日,福建平潭海峡散货码头岸电项目、平潭澳前渔港码头岸电项目通过验收,正式投运。至此,福建沿6个地级市、18个县实现港口岸电全覆盖,每地至少建有一套港口岸电系统。2018年,国网福建省电力有限公司实施电能替代项目2060个,累计完成替代电量95.6亿千瓦时,同比增长34.8%,相当于减排二氧化碳953多万吨。
国网四川首套“港口岸电”充电系统“首秀”宜宾

国外一些国家也有采用绿色航运、排放基金以及差别化航道费等激励计划,鼓励船舶使用清洁燃料和绿色技术。德国工业集团西门子将推出锂离子电池为主的储能解决方案Blue Vault,计划在挪威建设自动化与数位化工厂,并在该工厂开发和生产用于离岸钻油、海事、风力发电应用的储能技术,西门子希望可借由该技术与知识打造低排放离岸平台。
康士伯选中Leclanché定制船舶储能解决方案
