As we all know, our country's coal-based energy structure brings great pressure for carbon neutralization. Oriental Yuhong's idea of introducing clean energy to indirectly reduce coal consumption in combination with the actual production is worth promoting: making full use of the roof resources of the factory, building a distributed photovoltaic power station on the roof of the factory, which not only skillfully uses space and guarantees roof quality, but also opens up clean and green power. More importantly, the photovoltaic power station builds a small ecology of self-production, self-use and self-sale of power in the factory, achieving a win-win situation of optimization of energy structure and improvement of economic benefits.
It is understood that the first phase of the rooftop photovoltaic power station project of Oriental Yuhong Factory includes 16 Oriental Yuhong production, research and development logistics bases in China. The Puyang base has been connected to the grid first, with a total installed capacity of about 54.7 MW. The annual electricity generation is about 56.21 million KWH. The use of photovoltaic power generation accounts for about 35%, which can reduce the burning of standard coal about 21,500 tons, CO2 emissions about 53,600 tons, carbon dust emissions about 14,600 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions about 1.61 tons every year. (The coefficient is 1 KWH of electricity =0.4 kg of standard coal, 0.997kgCO2). The second phase of the project has been officially launched in February 2022. It will cover 12 Oriental Yuhong production, research and development logistics bases, with a total installed capacity of about 60 MW.
Moreover, since 2011, Oriental Yuhong roofing photovoltaic related technologies have been successfully applied in the fields of automobile, new energy and big data. In Changshu Chery Jaguar Land Rover, Hefei Haina (Nio) new energy vehicles, Jiangsu Yancheng Luye Technology, Jiangyin Vision Energy, Tianjin Evergreen Auto Parts, Tencent Huailai Data Center and other places, to inject green power for enterprise production.
While optimizing the energy structure, how to accurately allocate and reasonably control electricity and tap the potential of power resources is also a top priority. 据了解,东方雨虹工厂屋顶光伏电站项目,一期工程包含全国16个东方雨虹生产研发物流基地,濮阳基地已率先实现并网,总装机容量约54.7兆瓦。年均发电量约5621万度。利用光伏发电量占比约35%,每年可减少燃烧标准煤约2.15万吨、CO2排放约5.36万吨、碳粉尘排放约1.46万吨、二氧化硫排放约1.61吨。(系数为1度电=0.4千克标准煤,0.997kgCO2)。二期工程已于2022年2月正式启动,将覆盖12个东方雨虹生产研发物流基地,预计建设安装总装机容量约60兆瓦。
不仅如此,自从2011年以来,东方雨虹屋面光伏相关技术已实现在汽车、新能源、大数据等领域的成功应用。陆续在常熟奇瑞捷豹路虎、合肥海纳(蔚来)新能源汽车、江苏盐城绿叶科技、江阴远景能源、天津常春汽车零部件、腾讯怀来数据中心等地大展拳脚,为企业生产注入绿色动力。
优化能源结构的同时,如何精准调拨,合理控制电量,挖掘电力资源潜力也是当务之急,毕竟大企业往往也是用电大户。在保证企业正常运转的前提下提升用电效率,考验着每一个企业的管理能力。

日常用电的细节管理同样不容忽视。比如厂区照明分级管理,办公、生活区域长明灯改感应灯;利用环保节能的LED灯,代替白炽灯、荧光灯、普通节能灯等照明设备。一系列措施下来帮助照明节能达到40%。
随着“十四五”规划纲要将“单位GDP能源消耗降低13.5%”作为经济社会发展主要约束性指标之一,如何节能降耗需企业统筹考虑。国家能源局也曾提到,“十四五”期间要在重点行业领域推动开展节能改造。
企业节能改造可以说有多个抓手和着力点。东方雨虹“降耗行动”已涵盖电、热、水等多个领域。比如空压机节能改造,可进一步提高工厂空压机能效等级,先行启动改造的工厂中,初步测算节能可达到20%,今年还将持续淘汰老旧空压机,减少“电老虎”能耗;对管道进行保温性能改造,有效降低热损耗;增加换热器,利用锅炉余热进行厂区采暖、生活用水加热,减少热能浪费;卷材生产线采用循环水冷却工艺,提高水利用;对蒸汽冷凝水进行配管收集,引至车间循环使用,降低工艺流程用水量,减少水浪费。

积极推进各生产物流基地利用蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)技术进行焚烧烟气处理,比如对沥青防水卷材、沥青涂料等废气的处理,与传统静电除尘和碱洗工艺相比,颗粒物排放、非甲烷总烃排放、恶臭排放等下降 50% 以上,同时还能提升热回收效率,减少燃气燃烧碳排放。
工艺创新改进,比如改性沥青传热系数提高0.1W/(㎡•℃),黏度降低5000cp,施工过程中加热时间降低15%,加热温度降低40℃,降低能耗减碳排放达到25%;创新使用管道混合改性技术,实现沥青改性在密闭管道中完成,在保证改性质量的前提下,提升改性效率30%。
