盒马商品采销中心采购刘良超表示,目前上线的零碳认证有机菜,绝大部分来自于盒马位于昆明的有机盒马村,部分来自江苏首批零碳农产品认证试点企业,包含叶菜、瓜果等30多个大众品类。经过权威机构的认证,保证了这批蔬菜在生产过程中碳净排放量为零。预计到今年底,零碳认证将覆盖盒马所有在售的100多种有机蔬菜。
今年以来,盒马有机菜的销售同比增长60%,有机、绿色、低碳正成为消费者的共识。随着有机菜的普及,盒马将进一步推动上游合作有机菜基地,通过共建盒马村,升级技术,提高生产效率,减少碳排放,再联合终端消费者的力量促进“双碳”。
今年以来,盒马在有机食品领域动作频频,先在云南昆明建了首个有机盒马村,又拿下佳沛有机最大销售渠道。盒马首席商品官赵家钰表示,2022年会在全品类发力,会逐步覆盖肉禽蛋、水果、休闲食品、水产、母婴乃至粮油米面等重点品,让消费者可以一站式购齐,享受到价优、安全、丰富的有机食品。
