Baidu Building also uses the fresh air system to recover part of the cold and heat, to achieve energy-saving effect. The cooling capacity in the fresh air system is recovered in the refrigeration season, saving the electricity consumption of refrigeration by 1.8 million degrees. During the heating season, the heat in the fresh air system is recovered, saving 150,000 cubic meters of natural gas for heating. 数据中心能源使用效率领先国际 每年省电2.2亿度

节能减排,不仅是传统产业的紧迫任务,支撑人工智能、云计算等新兴产业的数据中心同样面临这一问题。据统计,作为高科技产业重要基础设施,全球数据中心的耗电量占了全球总耗电量的1.1%~1.5%,产生了大量的温室气体排放,给资源和环境带来巨大挑战。目前我国数据中心的能源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE)普遍较高,与美国数据中心仍有较大差距。

自建楼宇冰蓄冷“削峰填谷” 节省电量400万度

除了数据中心实现节能减排,百度的自建楼宇也堪称企业节能环保的标杆举措。据了解,百度自建楼宇均采用冰蓄冷技术。每个制冷季,通过在夜间电力负荷低谷期制备冷量,在白天电力负荷高峰期间用制备的冷量为中央空调系统供冷,减少用电高峰期的电网负荷,可有效的减少电网峰谷差异,实现电力的“削峰填谷”,提高电网的负荷率,并有效节约了企业的实际用电支出。通过“削峰填谷”,百度全年可节省约400万度电量。

百度大厦还通过新风系统中回收部分的冷量和热量,实现节能效果。制冷季回收新风系统中的冷量,节约制冷用电量180万度;供暖季回收新风系统中的热量,节约制热用的天然气量15万立方米;此外,百度办公区大量采用LED节能灯具,相比普通日光灯,一年节约电量约58万度;百度太阳能集热器换热面积共1178平米,全年提供生活热水;百度科技园二期建有雨水收集池3个,全年雨水再利用2400m左右。
