After the signing ceremony, Wang Yongliang, vice general manager of Jingneng Group, visited the silicon rod and wafer production line of Yinchuan LONGi and highly recognized LONGi Leye's loyalty to research and development and commitment to high-efficiency single crystal technology. Subsequently, LONGi Leaf also had in-depth discussions and exchanges with Jingneng Group.

By the end of 2018, the cumulative total installed capacity of Jingneng clean energy photovoltaic power plants was 1168MW, and 370MW was added in 2018, mainly distributed in the northwest, north China and south China where light resources are relatively abundant. Therefore, as one of the state-owned enterprises, Jingneng Group signed this strategic cooperation agreement with LONGi Leaf, a leading monocrystalline manufacturing company, which is a strong alliance, which is more conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of photovoltaic market development and improving the market share of high-efficiency module products.

Jingneng Group has always been in favor of LONGi Leaf's efficient products, and has adopted LONGi Leaf single crystal modules in many projects such as the leader in the same period and the third batch of frontrunners. 近日，隆基股份银川15GW单晶硅棒硅片项目开工仪式在银川经开区隆重举行。在开工仪式上，隆基乐叶与北京能源集团(以下简称“京能集团”)签署了战略合作协议。隆基乐叶光伏科技有限公司总裁李文学、京能集团副总经理王永亮作为双方代表参与签约，宁夏自治区党委副书记、银川市委书记姜志刚，自治区人民政府副主席杨东，银川市委常委、副市长李鸿儒，银川市委常委、副市长赵刚等当地政府领导在现场共同见证了双方战略合作协议的签订。

根据协议框架，双方将在国内光伏电站开发与建设、低度电成本的光伏系统设计方案、光伏电站运行维护、全球范围内的高效光伏组件供货等领域进行全方位合作。

签约仪式后，京能集团副总经理王永亮一行共同参观了银川隆基的硅棒、硅片产线，并对隆基乐叶一直以来忠于研发、致力高效单晶技术的做法表示高度认可。随后隆基乐叶也与京能集团进行了深入座谈与交流。

众所周知，随着光伏电站进一步向平价推进，国企、央企凭借低融资成本等优势正快速进入光伏电站投资领域。

截至2018年底，京能清洁能源光伏电站累计总装机量为1168MW，2018年新增370MW，主要分布在光资源较为丰富的西北、华北、华南地区。因此，作为国有企业之一的京能集团与单晶龙头制造企业隆基乐叶签署此次战略合作协议，属于强强联合，更有利于推动光伏市场开发的健康有序发展以及提升高效组件产品市场占有率。
