"Photovoltaic Power Station Design Specification" Revision Meeting was Successfully Held in Sungrow Power Supply

On July 12, the "Intelligent Photovoltaic Power Generation Research and Standard System Seminar" organized by the Standardization Center of the China Electricity Council was successfully held in Sungrow Power Supply, and dozens of experts and scholars from the Standard Innovation Management Department of the State Administration of Market Regulation, the State Grid, the Power Generation Group and the Shanghai Electric Power Design Institute gathered together to discuss and conduct on-site research on the main revision content of the "Photovoltaic Power Station Design Code" and the relevant standards for the intelligentization of photovoltaic power plants.


Vigorously developing clean energy such as photovoltaics is an important measure for China's energy strategic transformation and the construction of ecological civilization. As one of the most important basic standards for the construction of photovoltaic power plants in China, the "Photovoltaic Power Station Design Code" standardizes the design behavior of photovoltaic power plants and promotes the high-quality construction of photovoltaic power plants. With the development of photovoltaic power plant design in the direction of refinement and intelligence, the timely revision of the "specification" will better promote the development of the industry.

The newly revised specification adjusts the definition of photovoltaic power plant capacity, the ratio of components to inverters, and the optimization design of the system, which are of common concern in the industry: the sum of the rated active power of the inverters installed in photovoltaic power stations is defined as the "rated capacity" of photovoltaic power plants; Relax the tolerance ratio limit between components and inverters, and carry out reasonable capacity and ratio design according to the actual situation of power stations in different resource areas of Class I II III and take the principle of economic optimization as the principle; At the same time, it is clear that photovoltaic power plants should give priority to the use of the reactive power capacity and regulation capacity of the inverter to carry out reactive power compensation, optimize resource allocation, and further reduce the investment cost of the power station. This revision also adds new requirements for the integration of roofs and buildings, water and light/agricultural light/fishing light complementarity and other forms of photovoltaic power plants. During the revision of the standard, the writing team organized an expert group to conduct in-depth research on Sungrow Power, combined with more than 20 years of experience in the application of inverters and photovoltaic power plant solutions, Sungrow actively participated in the revision of relevant contents of the standard, which effectively promoted the revision process of the standard.

The experts also discussed the relevant standards for the intelligentization of photovoltaic power plants, and agreed that it is the trend to strengthen the construction of intelligent standard systems for photovoltaic power plants, and the experts also investigated the production base of Sunshine Power inverter and the smart energy management platform.


"Photovoltaic Power Station Design Code" as an important basic standard of the photovoltaic industry, its formulation and revision have a wide and far-reaching impact, as the organization and leadership unit of this revision work, China Electricity Union has been committed to the construction and improvement of the standard system of the whole industry chain of the new energy industry. Before this meeting, the China Telecom Union fully investigated and solicited the opinions and application experience of all parties, and built an efficient working platform for the revision of the standard. As a leader in the photovoltaic industry, Sungrow Power has led and participated in the preparation of a number of standards, including the new national standard for photovoltaic inverters. In the future, Sungrow Power will continue to play a leading role and contribute its own strength to the development of the industry.

7月12日,由中国电力企业联合会标准化中心组织 的“智能光伏发电调研暨标准体系研讨会”在阳光电源顺利召开,来自国家市场监管总局标准创新管理司、国家电网、发电集团及上海电力设计院等标准编写单位的几十位专家学者汇聚一堂,就《光伏发电站设计规范》的主要修订内容及光伏电站智能化相关标准进行了讨论与现场调研。


大力发展光伏等清洁能源,是我国能源战略转型、推进生态文明建设的重要举措。《光伏发电站设计规范》作为国内光伏电站建设最重要的基础标准之一,规范了光伏电站设计行为、推动光伏电站高质量建设。随着光伏电站设计朝着精细化、智能化方向发展,“规范”的适时修订,将更好地推动行业发展。

新修订的规范对行业内普遍关注的光伏电站容量定义、组件与逆变器的容配比、系统优化设计等进行了调整:将光伏发电站中安装的逆变器额定有功功率之和定义为光伏电站“额定容量”;放开组件与逆变器容配比限制,根据I II III类不同资源区电站实际情况,以经济性最优为原则,进行合理的容配比设计;同时明确光伏电站应优先利用逆变器的无功容量及调节能力来进行无功补偿,优化资源配置,进一步降低电站的投资成本。本次修订还新增了对屋顶及建筑一体化、水光/农光/渔光互补等多种光伏电站形式的规范要求。标准修订期间,编写组曾组织专家组深入阳光电源调研,结合20余年的逆变器与光伏电站解决方案应用经验,阳光电源积极参与了标准中相关内容的修订工作,有力推动了标准的修订进程。

与会专家还对光伏电站智能化相关标准进行了讨论,一致认为加强光伏电站智能化标准体系建设已是大势所趋,专家们还调研了阳光电源逆变器生产基地及智慧能源管理平台。


《光伏发电站设计规范》作为光伏行业重要的基础标准,其制定与修订影响广泛且深远,作为此次修订工作的组织和领导单位,中电联一直致力于新能源行业全产业链的标准体系搭建和完善。在此次会议召开前,中电联充分调研并征集各方意见和应用经验,为标准修订搭建了高效的工作平台。而阳光电源作为光伏行业的引领者,已经主导和参与了包括光伏逆变器新国标等在内的多项标准编制工作。未来,阳光电源将继续发挥龙头带动作用,为行业发展贡献自己的一份力量。
