On January 14, 2020, Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Technology") and Beijing Accreditation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Accreditation") jointly led the "Micro siting stroke resource analysis and power generation calculation method" energy industry standard outline review meeting was held in Beijing. The conference invited a number of industry design institute, machine manufacturers and developers of the unit of expert representatives and relevant writing group members to the standard outline to solicit comments, and finally passed.

The standard was approved by the Science and Technology Department of the National Energy Administration in 2018. Its purpose is to provide and standardize wind resource characteristics analysis and energy generation calculation methods for wind turbines in the preliminary design stage of wind farms, improve the current industry technical specifications for wind resource assessment, and provide more comprehensive technical guidance for micro-site selection of wind turbines.
This meeting reviewed and made decisions on the outline of the draft . After discussion by the experts attending the meeting, suggestions on the outline modification of "Micro-siting stroke Resource Analysis and energy generation Calculation Method" were put forward, and the follow-up work plan was formulated. The standard is expected to be approved by the end of 2020.
At the meeting, honorary director of the wind energy committee He Dexin placed high hopes on the standard. He said it is of great significance for wind power workers with multiple roles to organize and jointly compile micro site selection criteria with Chinese characteristics. In the process of standard preparation, we hope that all participants can work more deeply, study some difficult technical issues, form a long-term working mechanism, and jointly improve the technical level of domestic wind energy resource assessment.
2020年1月14日,由新疆金风科技股份有限公司(下称“金风科技”)与北京鉴衡认证中心(下称“鉴衡认证”)联合牵头编制的“微观选址中风资源分析及发电量计算方法“能源行业标准大纲评审会在京召开。会议邀请多家行业设计院、整机厂商和开发商单位的专家代表以及相关编写组成员对标准的大纲征求评审意见,并最终通过。

该标准于2018年获得国家能源局科技司批准立项,其目的是提供并规范风电场前期设计阶段的风电机组风资源特征分析和发电量计算方法,完善现行风资源评估的行业技术规范,为风电机组微观选址提供更全面的技术指导。
本次会议就草案稿的大纲进行评审决策,经过与会专家探讨,对《微观选址中风资源分析及发电量计算方法》提出大纲修改意见,并制定后续工作计划。该标准预计将于2020年底完成报批。
会上,风能专委会名誉主任贺德馨对标准寄予厚望。他表示,多角色的风电工作者组织起来,共同编制中国特色的微观选址标准,意义重大。在标准编制过程中,希望各个参与者能更加深入工作,对一些疑难技术问题进行研究,形成长期工作机制,共同提升国内风能资源评估技术水平。
