Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) officially identified 12 Chinese cities as the first batch of pilot projects to build industrial chain and supply chain ecological systems. The pilot project of advanced battery industrial chain and supply chain ecological system construction led by Shenzhen Sunwoda was successfully selected.

The pilot project to build an ecological system for industrial chains and supply chains is an important measure to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council, enhance the innovation capacity of industrial chains and supply chains, and enhance their stability and competitiveness.

According to introducing, pilot cities to mechanism innovation, the number of elements gathering, platform building and wisdom can assign and policy support, promote regional industrial chain supply chain ecosystem iterative upgrade, formation of leading enterprises, supporting enterprises, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, third-party platform, financial institutions, such as ecological development pattern of symbiotic coordination, competition and cooperation. Through the pilot, we will explore and form a work promotion mode of "pilot selection -- strengthening guidance -- resource tilting -- rolling evaluation -- continuous optimization -- promotion and application", establish a number of replicable and scalable development benchmarks, promote typical cases and successful experiences, and help the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

The relevant person in charge of the Industrial Policy and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that the 12 pilot cities have a good industrial development foundation and obvious clustering characteristics, and have gathered "chain master" enterprises and a large number of key supporting enterprises, with strong regional driving ability and industry influence.

Shenzhen is the source of battery material industry and the core engine of domestic lithium ion battery industry. With Sunwoda as the benchmark, Shenzhen pilot will build a stable battery industrial chain and supply chain ecosystem, which will provide strong support for the global development of battery enterprises, drive the high-quality development of battery and related industries in Shenzhen, and help Shenzhen build a world-class advanced battery material industrial cluster.

开展产业链供应链生态体系建设试点是贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，提升产业链供应链创新能力，增强稳定性和竞争力的重要举措。

据介绍，试点城市要通过机制创新、要素集聚、平台搭建、数智赋能和政策支持，推动区域产业链供应链生态体系迭代升级，形成龙头企业、配套企业、高等院校、科研院所、第三方平台、金融机构等协同联动、竞合共生的生态发展格局。通过试点，探索形成“遴选试点—加强指导—资源倾斜—滚动评估—持续优化—推广应用”的工作推进模式，树立一批可复制、可推广的发展标杆，推广典型案例和成功经验，助力制造业高质量发展。

工信部产业政策与法规司有关负责人表示，12个试点城市产业发展基础较好、集群化特征明显，已经集聚了“链主”企业和大量关键配套企业，具有较强的区域带动能力和行业影响力。
