Recently, Teplore 400kWh/200kW distributed energy storage system was officially launched in Biosphere 3 --Dameisha Vanke Center Carbon Neutral Experimental Park (hereinafter referred to as: "Dameisha Vanke Center") Phase I Science and Technology Innovation Park project.

Dameisha Vanke Center is held by Vanke Group, with a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters. It is a multifunctional building integrating office, education and exhibition. The project is provided by DeepRock Zero-Carbon Technology with comprehensive solutions for carbon neutral communities, and has been selected into the list of the first nearly zero-carbon emission pilot projects in Shenzhen. Among them, the first phase of the Science Innovation Park project, which was put into operation in October 2022, is invested and constructed by Shenshi Zero Carbon Technology, and provides the whole process services of investment attraction, transformation and operation. This project greatly reduces the carbon emission of building operation by improving the building energy saving rate, replacing renewable energy with a high proportion (about 85% utilization rate and 100% green electricity supply during operation), and practicing green and low-carbon management.

Dameisha Vanke Center adopts digital tools such as cloud-edge combined energy management system and intelligent microgrid system, which can achieve the triple operation objectives of reducing carbon emissions, optimizing operation performance and improving user experience. The distributed energy in micro grid is greatly affected by the external environment and the power generation is unstable. At the same time, the power consumption of loads with diverse characteristics has certain volatility. Energy storage can provide flexible power regulation margin on the time scale, cooperate with the distribution of energy, load and main grid, and improve the stability of micro grid.

Therefore, Dmeisha Vanke Central microgrid adopts Teplore Tensorpack T distributed energy storage system. Through intelligent transformation of the user-side power distribution system, 400kWh/200kW energy storage is equipped according to the characteristic curve of user-side load and the change of photovoltaic power generation output. According to the given control strategy, Implementation "distributed power control, flexible load autonomous control" self-discipline, guarantee the micro grid system stable operation and as far as possible all given photovoltaic power generation, avoiding the phenomenon of "discard", maximize micro grid green electricity proportion in situ and distributed energy utilization, achieve energy demand and production supply harmonization and the purpose of optimizing the allocation of resources, which directly reduce operational carbon emissions and electricity costs, further increase the economic benefits of the micro grid, and promote the achievement of high standard goals such as green, low-carbon, ecological and smart energy utilization.

近日,零探智能400kWh/200kW分布式储能系统在生物圈三号—大梅沙万科中心碳中和实验园区(以下简称:“大梅沙万科中心”)一期科创园项目中正式落地。

大梅沙万科中心由万科集团持有,总建筑面积约12万㎡,是一座集办公、教育、会展为一体的多功能建筑。项目由深石零碳科技提供碳中和社区综合解决方案,并入选深圳市首批近零碳排放试点项目名单。其中于2022年10月先行启用的一期科创园项目,由深石零碳科技投资建设,并提供招商、改造、运营的全过程服务。该项目通过提升建筑节能率、高比例可再生能源替代(约85%利用率,运营期实现100%绿电供应)、践行绿色低碳管理的方式大幅降低建筑运行碳排放。

大梅沙万科中心采用了云边结合的能源管理系统、智能微电网系统等数字化工具,可实现降低碳排放、优化运营绩效、提升用户体验的三重运营目标。微网中的分布式能源受外界环境影响较大,发电功率不稳定;同时,多样特性的负载用电存在一定波动性,储能能够在时间尺度上提供灵活的电量调节裕度,协同分布式能源、负荷及主电网,提高微网的稳定性。

因此,大梅沙万科中心微电网采用了零探智能Tensorpack T分布式储能系统,通过对用户侧配电系统的智能化改造,根据用户侧负荷的特性曲线和光伏发电出力的变化配备400kWh/200kW储能,按照给定的控制策略,实现“分布式电源自律控制、柔性负荷自治控制”,保障微电网系统稳定运行并尽可能全部消纳光伏的发电量,避免“弃光”现象,最大限度提高微电网的绿电比例和分布式能源的就地利用率,达到能源需求与生产供给协调化以及资源优化配置的目的,直接降低运营碳排放及市电电费成本,进一步增加微网的经济收益,促进能源利用绿色、低碳、生态、智慧等高标准目标的达成。
