On April 2, 2019, Kstar and CATL signed the Joint Venture Contract of CATL Kstar New Energy Technology Co., LTD., a joint venture contract, so both sides can play to their respective advantages, to jointly set up a joint venture company, production, manufacture and sales in such aspects as quality and price has the comprehensive market competitiveness and energy storage, charging pile, and "light ChuChong" integration related products, meet market demand, with profit and sustainable development as its long-term goals.
