On September 8, Beijing Automotive Foton 32T liquid hydrogen heavy truck and the world's first liquid hydrogen heavy truck was officially released at the 2020 China International Trade in Services Fair Beijing Hydrogen Industry policy and project release event. The vehicle is equipped with Yihuatong high-power hydrogen fuel cell engine system, using liquid hydrogen system and high-power hub motor. Breakthrough of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle long range, high power and long life and other key core technologies, for long driving heavy truck proposed a new solution.


This liquid hydrogen heavy truck is equipped with Yihuatong high-power hydrogen fuel cell engine with a power of 109kW. It adopts domestic self-developed reactor and has passed the national "GB/T 24554-2009 fuel cell Engine Performance Test Method" announcement test and -30℃ low temperature cold start test. The latest "road motor vehicle manufacturers and products (335 batch)" announcement of Foton hydrogen fuel cell bus BJ6122FCEVUH-1, the vehicle is developed for the Winter Olympics, carrying this type of engine.


Heavy truck is one of the main sources of environmental pollution. Hydrogen fuel cell is suitable for long-distance and heavy duty commercial vehicles. Its advantages of zero emission, short refueling time and long driving range make hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck become the best choice to replace diesel heavy truck. Recently, the state has gradually increased its support for hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles, especially heavy trucks. The 109kW high-power hydrogen fuel cell engine of Yihuatong is developed for the application of heavy truck type, and it is also the first high-power hydrogen fuel cell engine of Yihuatong to exceed 100kW. 9月8日,在2020年中国国际服务贸易交易会北京市氢能产业政策和项目发布活动上,北汽福田32T液氢重卡暨全球首款液氢重卡正式发布,车辆搭载亿华通大功率氢燃料电池发动机系统,采用液氢系统及大功率轮毂电机,突破氢燃料电池商用车长里程、高功率和长寿命等关键核心技术,为长续驶重卡提出新的解决方案。


该款液氢重卡搭载的亿华通大功率氢燃料电池发动机,功率为109kW,采用国产自主研发电堆,目前已通过国家《GB/T 24554-2009 燃料电池发动机性能试验方法》公告试验和-30℃低温冷启动测试。最新《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品(第335批)》公告的福田氢燃料电池客车BJ6122FCEVUH-1,车辆面向冬奥开发,搭载的也是此款发动机。


重卡是造成环境污染的主要来源之一,氢燃料电池适用于长途、重载商用车型,其零排放、加注时间短、续驶里程长等优点促使氢燃料电池重卡成为替换柴油重卡的最佳选择。近期,国家逐步加大对氢燃料电池商用车尤其是重卡的支持,在日前闭幕的2020中国汽车产业发展(泰达)国际论坛上,财政部经济建设司一级巡视员宋秋玲在开幕式讲话中提到,今年4月四部委联合发布的《关于调整完善新能源汽车补贴政策的通知》提出要开展新技术、新车型的示范应用,重点推动氢燃料电池汽车在中重型商用车领域的产业化应用,并向重型货车倾斜。
