On March 13, Etuoke Qianqi held a signing ceremony for 2020 investment projects, signing and introducing five projects with a total investment of 24.1 billion yuan. Beijing Jingneng Electric Power Co., Ltd. will invest 23 billion yuan to construct 5000MW wind, light, hydrogen and storage integration project, which is scheduled to start construction in 2020 and be completed and put into use in 2021.

Among them, 5,000MW photovoltaic investment is 20 billion yuan, and green energy island investment is 3 billion yuan. The project mainly uses the idle land in the coal mine subsidence area, the roof of the industrial building and other areas permitted by the policy to build 5000MW distributed photovoltaic, and adopts the mode of "self-generated self-use + surplus electricity online" to provide daily electricity for enterprises in the industrial park or surrounding residents. Using the advantage of scene-electricity price, we plan to build a green energy island with 20,000 m3/h water hydrogen and oxygen production and 200,000 m3/h nitrogen production. Through pipe network or transport vehicles, we can supply nitrogen, hydrogen and compressed air to large enterprises in Ningdong Coal Chemical Industry Park, International Chemical Industry Park and environmental protection industrial Park. At the same time, hydrogen resources are used to study the project of replacing traditional fuel vehicles with hydrogen fuel heavy trucks, so as to reduce the cost of coal, ash and logistics transportation for enterprises in the park.

3月13日，鄂托克前旗举行2020年招商引资项目签约仪式，签约引进5个项目总投资达241亿元。北京京能电力股份有限公司将投资230亿，建设5000MW风、光、氢、储一体化项目，计划2020年开工建设，2021年建成投用。

其中5000MW光伏投资200亿元，绿色能源岛投资30亿元。项目主要利用煤矿塌陷区闲置土地、工业建筑屋顶及其它政策允许的区域建设5000MW分布式光伏，采用“自发自用+余电上网”的模式为工业园区内企业或周边居民提供日常用电。再利用风光电价优势，规划建设2万m3/h水制氢及制氧，20万m3/h制氮的绿色能源岛，通过管网或运输车辆，为宁东煤化工园区、国际化工园区、环保产业园大型企业供应氮气，氢气，压缩空气。同时，利用氢气资源研究氢燃料重卡汽车代替传统燃料汽车项目，降低园区内企业煤炭、灰渣、物流运输成本。
