The three parties plan to jointly create a hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicle application scenario in Jiading District of Shanghai, give full play to the resources and technological advantages of the three parties, and carry out project investment and development of the hydrogen energy industry chain.

The parent company of Party A Chuansheng Supply is Yum China Holdings Co., LTD., which owns the exclusive operation and licensing rights of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in the Chinese market, as well as the full ownership of Dongfang Jibai, Little Sheep, Huang Jihuang and COFFii&JOY restaurant chains. Yum China Logistics, a subsidiary of Yum China Holdings, has more than 33 years of experience in cold chain logistics solutions and services, and is a leader in the cold chain logistics industry.

The major shareholder behind Party C's investment in Air Chemical Products is Air Products of the United States, a world leading industrial gas company and a global leading supplier of liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment, with a history of nearly 80 years. Air Products is committed to creating innovative solutions that help improve the environment, enhance sustainability, and address the challenges facing our customers, communities, and the world.

In this cooperation, Chuansheng has the demand for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle cold chain transportation, Foton Automobile has the industry-leading hydrogen fuel cell vehicle technology and mature product manufacturing experience, and air chemical product investment has the experience and resources for the construction and operation of liquid hydrogen hydrogenation station. This is a "strong alliance" covering the whole scenario of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle application, such as demand end, transportation link and infrastructure.

Foton Motor pointed out that Yum China has the right to operate KFC, Pizza Hut and other catering brands in the Chinese market, and its logistics company Chuansheng supply has an urgent demand for new energy cold chain transportation; Air Products has the experience and resources in the construction and operation of liquid hydrogen refueling stations. The three parties will jointly plan suitable application scenarios and routes of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles and locations of liquid hydrogen refueling stations, so as to jointly build low-carbon and green logistics demonstration operation scenarios.

此次合作中，传胜供应有氢燃料电池车冷链运输的需求，福田汽车拥有行业领先的氢燃料电池车技术和成熟产品制造经验，空气化工产品投资则具备液氢加氢站建设运营的经验和资源，这是一次覆盖需求端、运输环节、基础设施等氢燃料电池车应用全场景的“强强联合”。

福田汽车指出，百胜中国在中国市场拥有肯德基、必胜客等多个餐饮品牌运营权，其物流公司传胜供应对新能源冷链运输有迫切需求；美国空气产品公司则具备液氢加氢站建设运营的经验和资源。三方将共同规划合适的氢燃料电池物流车辆的应用场景和线路以及液氢加氢站的地点，共同打造低碳绿色的物流示范运营场景。
