该专利先后通过中国专利局、WIPO（世界知识产权组织）、欧洲专利局的审查程序，均被认定为较高创新性专利，已在极狐汽车上获得应用。

早在2021年，北汽新能源就以高安全、强智联、高效能为技术特点的整车架构与E/E架构，搭建出首款具备全冗余架构的BE21平台，首次实现技术出海，成为行业唯一一个向汽车发达国家进行专利使用授权的技术输出者。此次再次实现专利出海，不仅是对北汽技术能力的认可，同时也进一步提高了北汽在电动汽车领域的影响力与话语权。
