On November 11th, Geely Carbon Cloud was awarded the "Carbon Neutral Enterprise Contribution Award" at the second Carbon Neutral Boao Conference.

The 2nd Carbon Neutral Boao Conference is co-sponsored by China Association for Energy Conservation and China Quality Certification Center, and hosted by the Carbon Neutral Committee of China Association for Energy Conservation. During the conference, the "Carbon Neutral Enterprise Contribution Award" of China Energy Conservation Association was officially released to commend the outstanding service organizations, pioneer demonstration, industry pioneer, excellent solution and practical innovation in the field of carbon neutrality. The "GC-Cloud" one-stop digital carbon management platform independently developed by GC-Cloud was recognized as "Excellent solution of Peak carbon neutrality" and awarded the "Enterprise Contribution Award in the Field of Carbon Neutrality". Other leading companies, including China State Shipbuilding 714 Research Institute, Shenzhen Emission Exchange, Ant Group and Huawei, also won the award.

According to the review panel of China Energy Conservation Association, Geely Carbon Cloud (G Carbon Cloud) has established a complete digital carbon management system by using advanced digital technology, and has carried out a large number of effective practices in large automobile groups like Geely and achieved rich results. It is in a leading position and has benchmarking significance in the automobile industry, the national business community and the carbon management industry.

The one-stop digital carbon management platform was independently developed by Geely Carbon Data based on leading blockchain, big data, privacy computing and other digital technologies, combined with Geely's rich automotive industry application scenarios and profound manufacturing experience. It covers corporate carbon inventory, product carbon footprint accounting, etc., which can help enterprises quickly figure out the carbon "bottom line" and efficiently and wisely reduce emissions. It can also help drive upstream suppliers to calculate carbon emissions, submit carbon data, scientifically analyze the emission priorities of suppliers and materials, and jointly promote scientific emission reduction in the industrial chain.

The carbon inventory capability of Geely carbon Cloud platform has passed SGS authoritative verification and certification, and its professionalism has been recognized by internationally renowned certification companies. By cooperating with international certification authorities, the GC-Cloud system can generate relevant reports with one click, enabling enterprises to cope with the carbon footprint disclosure requirements of products under laws and regulations such as CBAM in advance.

Bao Xiaoqian, member of the Carbon Neutral &ESG working Group of Geely Holding Group and Director of Strategy and Marketing of Digital Science Sector, introduced when participating in the roundtable forum of "Big Green Ambitious Enterprises Act" of the conference. In June this year, Geely Holding officially released the 2021 Sustainable Development Report, which made detailed disclosure of the carbon emissions in the scope 1, 2 and 3. It also specified the goal of achieving carbon neutrality of the whole link by 2045. At present, Geely Digital Kogi Carbon Cloud (G Carbon Cloud) has been applied to all business units and production bases of Geely Holding Group, helping a total of 76 subjects such as Geely Auto, Geely Commercial Vehicles, Lutus, BML, Krypton and other companies and manufacturing bases to calculate carbon emissions at the organizational level, and accounting carbon footprints for more than 100 models and thousands of parts of Geely system. It has been applied in more than 1,500 suppliers in the upstream of the industrial chain, managing annual carbon emissions of more than 100 million tons.

第二届碳中和博鳌大会由中国节能协会、中国质量认证中心联合主办，中国节能协会碳中和专业委员会承办。大会期间，中国节能协会“碳中和领域企业贡献奖”正式发布，对碳中和领域的优秀服务机构、先行示范、行业先锋、优秀解决方案、实践创新等进行表彰。吉利数科自主研发的“吉碳云（G碳云）”一站式数字化碳管理平台被认定为“碳达峰碳中和优秀解决方案”，获颁“碳中和领域企业贡献奖”。与吉利数科一同获奖的，还有中国船舶集团第七一四研究所、深圳排放权交易所、蚂蚁集团、华为等头部企业。

中国节能协会评审专家组认为，吉利数科的吉碳云（G碳云）运用先进数字技术，建立起完整的数字化碳管理体系，并在吉利这样的大型汽车集团中进行大量卓有成效的实践，取得了丰富成果。这无论在汽车行业、在全国企业界，还是碳管理行业中，都处于领先地位，具有标杆意义。

吉利控股集团碳中和&ESG工作组成员、数科板块战略与市场总监鲍晓倩在参与大会“绿色雄心 大企担当”圆桌论坛时介绍，今年6月，吉利控股正式发布2021的可持续发展报告中，对范围一、二、三的碳排放做了详尽披露，并明确了2045年实现全链路碳中和的目标。目前，吉利数科吉碳云（G碳云）已应用于吉利控股集团旗下各业务单位、生产基地，帮助吉利汽车、吉利商用车、路特斯、英伦汽车、极氪等公司、制造基地等共76个主体核算组织层面碳排放，为吉利体系100多款车型、上千个零部件核算碳足迹，在产业链上游1500多家供应商落地应用，管理年碳排放超一亿吨。
