Recently, Changzhou Trina Solar Smart Energy Engineering Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Trina Smart Energy"), a subsidiary of Trina Solar, has successfully connected to the grid for the 3.5MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Wenovate Logistics Shanghai Fengxian Lingang Zero-Carbon Park. The park's rooftop photovoltaic power generation is enough to offset the building's comprehensive operation energy consumption, achieving close to zero electric carbon emissions.

Goal: To achieve the first zero-carbon logistics park in China

Wanwei Logistics is a member enterprise of Vanke Group. In 2015, Vanke officially launched its independent logistics brand -- Wanwei. With green design as its core competitiveness, WW Shanghai Fengxian Lingang Park focuses on building a low-carbon smart logistics park from the dimensions of efficient land use, water saving, energy saving, material saving and comfortable environment, and explores the implementation of distributed photovoltaic technology to promote the project to achieve the goal of "zero carbon".

Before that, Warehouse 1, 2 and 3 of Wanwei Logistics Shanghai Fengxian Lingang Park obtained Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum level pre-certification, which is the most widely recognized and used green building certification system in the world. Leed-certified buildings save money, improve efficiency, lower carbon emissions, and create a healthier environment for people. At the same time, Germany TUV Rheinland Greater China and BRE UK Institute of Architecture awarded the Lingang Park a net zero carbon building certificate. This goal cannot be achieved without the trust of ManNovate in TRW brand and the professional PV system solutions provided by TRW team.

Choice: TRW System Solutions

The distributed photovoltaic EPC project of the park officially started construction on June 30, this year. After 3 months, 6369 pieces of 555W high-efficiency monocrine silicon modules were selected from our company for installation. The total installed capacity of the project was 3534.795kW. On September 27, 2022, the project was officially connected to the grid for power generation. Upon completion, it can generate about 3.5 million kWh of renewable energy electricity every year.

The photovoltaic distributed power station project is built on the roofs of three plants in the 1# cold storage area and 2#-3# normal temperature storage area, with a total roof area of about 27,500 square meters. The park sets up a distributed photovoltaic system on the roof of all the warehouses to form a completely different power structure from the previous parks. The power generation can cover the energy consumption of the No.1 to No.3 warehouses and complex buildings in the park, maximizing energy conservation and emission reduction.

近日,由天合光能下属的子公司常州天合智慧能源工程有限公司(以下简称“天合智慧能源”)承建的万纬物流上海奉贤临港零碳园区3.5兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目顺利并网发电。该园区屋顶光伏所产生的电量足以抵消建筑物综合运行能耗,实现接近于零的电力碳排放。

目标:实现国内首个零碳物流园区

选择:天合系统解决方案

园区分布式光伏EPC工程项目于今年6月30日正式开工建设,历经3个月,安装组件选用我司555W高效单晶硅组件计6369块,项目总装机量3534.795kW,采用高压并网,并网方式自发自用,余电上网。2022年9月27日项目正式并网发电,建成后每年可产生可再生能源电力350万kWh左右。

该项目利用在1#冷库仓储区域、2#-3#常温仓储区域的三栋厂房屋顶建设光伏分布式电站项目,屋顶总面积约为2.75万平方米。园区通过在所有仓库屋面架设分布式光伏系统,形成与以往园区完全不同的电源结构,发电量可覆盖园区1~3号库及综合楼的能源消耗,最大化实现节能减排。
