Recently, the International Conference on Sustainable Development and the 2022 Conference of the Global Alliance of Standardized Cities for Sustainable Development was successfully held in Hangzhou.Biosphere 3 is Successfully Selected as 2022 Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Sustainable Development Case

The conference was jointly organized by ISO Technical Committee for Sustainable Urban and Community Development (ISO/TC268), China Association for the Promotion of Ethnic Trade (CCPNT), National Technical Committee for Sustainable Urban Standardization (SAC/TC567), and Global Alliance for Sustainable Urban Standardization (ISSCC). It aims to fulfill the UN's low-carbon goal of sustainable development, promote the study of classic cases at home and abroad for carbon peaking, carbon neutrality and sustainable development, and propose Chinese plan of "double carbon" to the world.

Tang Wanjin, vice president of the China Institute of Standardization, introduced the country's newly released carbon peak carbon neutral standard measurement system. The meeting officially released the "2022 Carbon Peaking and Carbon neutrality Sustainable Development Case ". The Biosphere 3 Dameisha Vanke Center Carbon Neutral Experimental Park was successfully selected by virtue of its advanced construction concept, innovative ideas, construction content and functional characteristics.

Under the guidance of the strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, accelerating the promotion of green and low-carbon technological innovation has become a global consensus to achieve sustainable development. It can be expected that through the selection and promotion of the case, the practical results of Biosphere 3 in the field of carbon neutral community can be presented to more people, and the practical experience of carbon neutral community can better serve the carbon neutral development of the city in the future.

Biosphere 3 - Introduction to Dameisha Vanke Center Carbon Neutral Experimental Park

Dameisha Vanke Center is located in the pleasant Dameisha community in the eastern part of Shenzhen, which boasts the longest beach in Shenzhen and the unique natural landscape of mountains, seas and blue fields. It is "No. 001 the Most Beautiful Forest Town in China". Dameisha is Shenzhen's gold Coast tourist area. Benmarching Seattle, Sydney and other world-class coastal resort cities, Dameisha will become world-class urban coastal tourism resorts dominated by Marine tourism and holiday consumption. From the import of city-level services such as Shenzhen Ocean Museum and Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Cultural Exchange Center, to the boost of high-end sports events such as international mountain marathon, rowing, sailing and windsurfing, Dameisha will integrate all kinds of top resources such as nature, health and leisure, to become a fashionable place for green and low-carbon life.

Dameisha Vanke Center, with a total construction area of 122060 square meters, is presided over and designed by world-renowned architect Steven Holl. The project was completed in September 2009, where the former headquarters of Vanke Group is located. As a member of the Global C40 Cities Climate Leadership Alliance, Shenzhen has been pioneering efforts in green and low-carbon development. According to the requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Shenzhen's National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of 2035 Vision Goals, the Outline of Shenzhen's Plan for Taking the Lead in Building a Beautiful China (2020-2035) (Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration (No. 2021 2)) and other documents, in order to comprehensively deepen the low-carbon pilot demonstration and accelerate the construction of the near-zero carbon emission zone pilot, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment and Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the Implementation Plan for the Pilot Construction of Near Zero Carbon Emission Zone in Shenzhen in November 2021. In January 2022, Dameisha Community and Dameisha Vanke Center were respectively selected as the first batch of pilot projects in Shenzhen net zero carbon Emission Zone.

The first phase of the headquarters office project, which was put into operation in October 2022, was the first LEED NC Platinum level commercial office building in China. The development and operation framework of the project is constructed from seven dimensions: clean energy, green building, low-carbon transportation, resource recycling, biodiversity, carbon asset management, and lifestyle advocacy. The concept of "carbon neutral community" is first proposed with partners, park users and community residents. Through the multi-path combination of technological transformation and operation management, the first phase project plans to achieve a comprehensive energy saving rate of 83% and a carbon reduction rate of 92% in the operation stage (compared with the data of the base year). It has also obtained LEED OM Platinum Certification, LEED Net Zero Waste Certification, Ministry of Three-star Green Building Certification and Net-zero Energy Building Certification of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

近日，“碳达峰碳中和案例”可持续发展国际会议暨2022全球可持续发展标准化城市联盟大会在杭州成功举行。生物圈三号成功入选“碳达峰碳中和可持续发展案例2022”

该会议由国际标准化组织城市和社区可持续发展技术委员会(ISO/TC268)、中国民族贸易促进会(CCPNT)与全国城市可持续发展标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC567)、全球可持续发展标准化城市联盟（ISSCC）共同组织召开，旨在践行联合国可持续发展低碳目标，推动碳达峰、碳中和可持续发展国内外经典案例的研究，向世界提出“双碳”的中国方案。

中国标准化研究院副院长汤万金介绍了国家新发布的碳达峰碳中和标准计量体系。会议上正式发布了《碳达峰、碳中和可持续发展案例2022》，生物圈三号大梅沙万科中心碳中和实验园区凭借着先进的建设理念、创新的思路及建设内容、功能特点成功入选。

在碳达峰、碳中和战略目标指引下，加速推进绿色低碳科技创新已经成为实现可持续发展的全球共识，生物圈三号也希望通过案例的入选推广，把碳中和社区领域的实践成果呈现给更多人，未来也会将碳中和社区的实践经验更好的服务于城市的碳中和发展。

生物圈3号-大梅沙万科中心碳中和实验园区介绍

大梅沙万科中心坐落于深圳东部环境宜人的大梅沙社区，这里坐拥深圳最长的海滩和山海蓝田的独特自然景观，是“全国最美森林小镇001号〞。大梅沙作为深圳市的黄金海岸旅游区.对标西雅图、悉尼等国际一流滨海度假城市，将成为海洋旅游与度假消费为主导的世界级都市型滨海旅游度假区。从深圳海洋博物馆、深港国际文化交流中心等城市级服务配套的导入，到国际山地马拉松、赛艇、帆船帆板等高端运动赛事的助推，大梅沙将集自然、健康休闲等各类顶尖资源为一身，成为绿色低碳生活的风尚之地。

大梅沙万科中心，总建筑面积约122060㎡，由世界知名建筑师Steven Holl主持设计。项目于2009年9月竣工，原万科集团总部所在地。作为全球C40城市气候领导联盟成员，深圳一直在绿色低碳发展方面进行着前沿尝试。根据《深圳市国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二0三五年远景目标纲要》、《深圳率先打造美丽中国典范规划纲要(2020-2035年）》(深先行示范〔2021 2号〕)等文件要求，为全面深化低碳试点示范，加快推进近零碳排放区试点建设，深圳市生态环境局、深圳市发展和改革委员会于2021年11月印发了《深圳市近零碳排放区试点建设实施方案》。大梅沙社区、大梅沙万科中心于2022年1月分别入选了深圳市近零碳排放区首批试点项目。

2022年10月投入运营的一期总部办公项目曾是中国首个LEED NC铂金级商办建筑。项目以清洁能源、绿色建筑、低碳交通、资源循环利用、生物多样性、碳资产管理、生活方式倡导等七大维度构建项目的开发与运营框架，并首发性地提出了与合作伙伴、园区用户、社区居民共创共建的“碳中和社区”理念。通过技术改造结合运营管理的多元路径，一期项目拟在运营阶段实现83%的综合节能率92%的减碳率（相较于基准年数据），并获取LEED OM铂金级认证、 LEED Net Zero Waste零废弃认证、住建部三星级绿色建筑认证、住建部近零能耗建筑认证。
