Since 2018, Malaysia has continued to take steps to promote its PV development, with continued growth in PV installations, mainly driven by large-scale solar power (LSS) projects. By 2021, the project size ceiling has been raised to 100MW. The next round of LSS5 is expected to be held in 2023. The large oversubscription of the previous tender indicates that the LSS tender capacity may be stable or increased in the future.

The container transformer products prepared by GOODWE for LSS4 project in Malaysia are container-type container transformers, which are composed of high voltage cabinet, low voltage cabinet, transformer and container shell. Minimal installation

In addition to the main circuit breaker and branch circuit breaker used for protection, the low-voltage cabinet is equipped with measurement and control devices to upload real-time transformer operation data to the background, as well as auxiliary equipment such as auxiliary transformer, UPS and socket, so as to facilitate the overhaul and maintenance after power failure.

The installation and wiring of transformer and high and low voltage cabinet are completed in the factory in advance, and the box transformer is transported to the project site for installation on the basis. After connecting the high and low voltage inlet and outlet cables, the transformer can be put into operation through simple debugging, which greatly reduces the time required for on-site installation and construction.

低压柜内除了保护用的主断路器和支路断路器以外，还配套测控装置实时上传变压器运行数据至后台，以及辅助变、UPS和插座等辅助设备，方便停电以后的检修与维护工作。

变压器与高低压柜提前在厂内完成安装接线，箱变运送到项目现场在基础上安装，连接高低压进出线电缆后，通过简单调试即可投入运行，极大缩少现场安装施工所需时间。
