Recently, JD Logistics participated in the global authoritative ESG rating for the first time -- S&P CSA rating was officially released. JD Logistics ranked the top of global logistics enterprises with 47 outstanding scores. Moreover, in the scores of multiple subdivisions in the S&P CSA rating, JD Logistics' 17 subdivisions, including board diversity, integrity of environmental information disclosure, tripartite witness of carbon data, social responsibility information disclosure, and customer satisfaction statistics, all received full marks.

It is reported that CSA rating was founded by Standard & Poor's in 1999, has covered more than 10,000 companies worldwide, is the world's earliest and most widely covered international authoritative ESG rating, and is also recognized by global investment institutions and international ESG experts as an important standard for ESG evaluation.

In fact, as ESG becomes more and more important in practice, more and more companies are starting to disclose ESG reports or sustainability reports. In this process, JD Logistics not only continuously improves its ESG governance level, but also actively participates in the compilation of ESG-related national standards and group standards, and outputs its ESG report compilation methods and experience.

During the sub-forum of Boao Forum for Chinese Entrepreneurs 2022 and ESG Development Forum 2022 from November 25 to 28, Capital University of Economics and Business, China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and other institutions organized and led the drafting of the group standard "Guidelines for Enterprise ESG Report Preparation", which was prepared by Jingdong Logistics and other enterprises, was officially released.

It is reported that the group standard of the Enterprise ESG Report Compilation Guide is a group standard project led by China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and ESG Research Institute of Capital University of Economics and Business. After evaluation, exchange, approval and many other links, the standard development is completed and finally released to the public. The Guide to the preparation of ESG Report for Enterprises defines the core content of ESG report preparation for enterprises, that is, 10 second-level indicators, 35 third-level indicators and 118 fourth-level indicators are designed from the three dimensions of environmental governance, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance structure.

The group standard conforms to the five basic principles of authenticity, importance, scientificity, integrity and consistency, and has strong universality and great value for enterprises to compile ESG reports. It is the third group standard on ESG published by China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and Capital University of Economics and Business in 2022, following the release of ESG Disclosure Guide for Enterprises and ESG Evaluation System for Enterprises. It is worth mentioning that JD Logistics has been participating in the discussion and modification of the group standard compilation of the previously released Enterprise ESG Evaluation System to provide reference suggestions for the compilation standard and evaluation standard of enterprise ESG report.

In fact, in May this year, JD Logistics released its first ESG report since going public. In the report, JD Logistics made relevant information disclosure by reference to the GRI framework, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and other international leading standards and requirements, and was the first domestic logistics enterprise to disclose climate-related financial information in accordance with the TCFD framework.

Since the beginning of this year, JD Logistics has continued to promote the construction of ESG, built the first "zero carbon" logistics park in China, issued the industry's first "Carbon neutral Logistics Park Guide", and released the "supply chain decarbonization action", as the country's first large-scale investment in electric new energy vehicles logistics enterprise, JD Logistics’s first batch of electric new energy vehicles has been put into actual operation. At the same time, JD Logistics continues to promote the coordinated carbon reduction of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. At present, more than 300,000 enterprises and hundreds of millions of consumers have participated in the "Green Flow Plan". Meanwhile, JD Logistics continues to promote inclusive logistics, rural revitalization and high-quality employment, and the integrated supply chain is continuing to promote the high-quality development of the real economy.

近日，京东物流首次参与的全球权威ESG评级——标普CSA评级评分正式发布，京东物流以47分亮眼成绩位居全球物流企业前列。不仅如此，此次在标普CSA评级中的多个细分项目的评分中，京东物流的董事会多元化、环境信息披露完整性、碳数据三方见证、社会责任信息披露、客户满意度统计等17个细分项目均获得了满分好评。

据悉，CSA评级是由标准普尔于1999年创立，已覆盖全球10000余家公司，是全球最早、覆盖范围最广的国际权威ESG评级，也是全球投资机构和国际ESG专家公认的ESG评估重要标准。

事实上，随着ESG在实践中的重要性日益凸显，越来越多的企业开始披露ESG报告或可持续发展报告。在这个过程中，京东物流不仅持续提升自身ESG治理水平，更积极参与ESG相关国家标准和团体标准的编制，输出京东物流的ESG报告编制方法与经验。

在11月25日-28日，2022中国企业家博鳌论坛、2022企业ESG发展论坛分论坛上，首都经济贸易大学、中国企业改革与发展研究会等单位组织牵头起草，京东物流等企业参与编制的《企业ESG报告编制指南》团体标准正式发布。

据悉，《企业ESG报告编制指南》团体标准是由中国企业改革与发展研究会与首都经济贸易大学ESG研究院牵头起草的团体标准项目，经过评估、交流、审定等众多环节后，完成标准研制工作，并最终对外发布。《企业ESG报告编制指南》确定了企业编制ESG报告的核心内容，即从环境治理、企业社会责任、公司治理结构三个纬度，设计了10个二级指标、35个三级指标和118个四级指标。

该团体标准符合真实性、重要性、科学性、完整性和一致性等五项基本原则，对企业编制ESG报告来说，具有很强的通用性和非常大的使用价值。该项团体标准是继《企业ESG披露指南》、《企业ESG评价体系》发布后，由中国企业改革与发展研究会与首都经济贸易大学2022年发布的第三个关于ESG的团体标准。值得一提的是，京东物流也一直参与此前发布的《企业ESG评价体系》团体标准编制的讨论和修改，为企业ESG报告编制标准和评价标准提供参考建议。

事实上，在今年5月，京东物流发布了上市后首份ESG报告。在报告中，京东物流参照GRI框架、联合国可持续发展目标等国际领先标准和要求进行相关信息披露，是国内首家按照TCFD框架披露气候相关财务信息的物流企业。

今年以来，京东物流持续推进ESG建设，已先后建成国内首个“零碳”物流园区，发布行业首份《物流园区碳中和指南》，并发布“供应链脱碳行动”，作为全国首家规模化投入换电新能源车辆的物流企业，京东物流首批换电新能源车已投入实际运行。同时，京东物流持续推进供应链上下游协同降碳，目前已有超30万企业、亿万消费者参与到“青流计划”中。同时，京东物流持续推进物流普惠、乡村振兴与高质量就业等，一体化供应链正持续推进实体经济高质量发展。
