On November 17, the 14th China (Wuxi) International New Energy Conference and Exhibition (CREC) with the theme of "Focusing on dual carbon Goal, leading Green Development" opened in Wuxi. As an important part of this forum, the China Energy Research Society and the Organizing Committee of CREC organized and launched the "Top 10 Carbon Neutral Demonstration Cases in 2022" activity at the end of September, and finally selected the 10 most representative carbon neutral demonstration cases in different parts of the country. The zero carbon clean energy supply system project of Ximeng Mingyang Industrial Park declared by Mingyang Intelligence won the honor.

List of the top 10 carbon neutral demonstration cases in China in 2022

Xilin Gol Mingyang New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the equipment manufacturing park in the eastern suburbs of Xilin Hot City, with a construction area of about 21,400 square meters, mainly producing wind turbines and ancillary facilities. The project plans to build two MySE4.0-156/105 fans, install a distributed rooftop photovoltaic system on the roof of buildings in the industrial park with a total capacity of 1.58MWp, and configure a 1MW/1h electrochemical energy storage system for peak regulation, frequency modulation, power reduction and peak and valley filling. The heating system uses high voltage electrode hot water boiler + heat storage system to supply heat to industrial plants, complex buildings, office buildings, dormitories, canteens and other buildings in the industrial park.

The total annual wind power and photovoltaic power generation of the project exceeds 20 million kWh, which can fully meet the clean power needs of the park for electricity and heating, and realize zero carbonization of major carbon emission sources such as electricity and heating in the park. We will build an integrated intelligent management platform of "source-network-charge-storage" and an intelligent energy management platform to realize ubiquitous energy information interconnection and promote the deep integration of the two technologies. Surplus power is sold online, and the corresponding green power environmental rights and interests can offset the carbon emissions generated by the industrial park's necessary fossil fuel consumption (gasoline, diesel, etc.) to a certain extent, and finally realize the manufacturing and production of zero-carbon green equipment in the park.

The construction of clean energy supply system in Mingyang Industrial Park is an important part of the process of realizing the carbon peak goal and carbon neutrality vision of Xilin Gol League. The industrial park supports the high quality development of local economy and society, and the zero-carbon energy supply system helps the double carbon goal. The project can reduce the consumption of standard coal by about 6576 tons per year, reduce the emission of carbon dioxide by 17,500 tons, and reduce a large amount of SO2, NOX and dust emissions, with good economic and social benefits.

11月17日，以“聚焦双碳目标，引领绿色发展”为主题的“第十四届中国（无锡）国际新能源大会暨展览会（CREC）”在无锡隆重开幕。作为本届论坛的重要环节，中国能源研究会和CREC 组委会于9月底组织发起了《2022全国十大碳中和示范典型案例》活动,最终在全国各地选出了十个最具代表性的碳中和示范典型案例。明阳智能申报的锡盟明阳工业园零碳清洁能源供能系统项目获此殊荣。

2022全国十大碳中和示范典型案例名单

锡林郭勒盟明阳新能源有限公司位于锡林浩特市东郊装备制造园区内，建筑面积约21400平方米，主要生产风电机组及附属配套设施。项目规划建设2台MySE4.0-156/105风机，在工业园园区内建筑屋顶上安装分布式屋顶光伏系统，总容量为1.58MWp，配置1MW/1h电化学储能系统进行调峰、调频、平抑功率和削峰填谷。供热系统采用高压电极热水锅炉+蓄热系统，向工业园内的工业厂房、综合楼、办公楼、宿舍楼、食堂等建筑物供热。

项目风电及光伏发电年总发电量超过2000万kWh，可完全满足园区用电及供热的清洁电力需求，园区自身用电及供热等主要碳排放源实现零碳化。建设“源-网-荷-储”一体化智能管理平台智慧能源管理平台，实现泛在能源信息互联，促进两化深度融合。剩余电力采用余电上网方式对外售出，对应的绿色电力环境权益在一定程度上与工业园部分必须化石燃料消耗（汽油、柴油等）产生的碳排放实现抵消，最终实现园区零碳绿色装备制造生产。

锡盟明阳工业园清洁能源供能系统的建设是锡林郭勒盟实现碳达峰目标与碳中和愿景过程中重要的组成部分，工业园支撑当地经济社会高质量发展，零碳供能系统助力双碳目标。项目每年可减少标准煤消耗量约6576吨，减少二氧化碳排放17500吨，同时减少大量SO2，NOX及粉尘排放，具有较好的经济效益与社会效益。
