Shenzhen Bus Group announced on the evening of December 11, the group recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with GCL Group, the two sides will be in the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure construction, power battery operation, energy big data cooperation, capital cooperation and other fields.

Securities Times ·e Company reporter learned from GCL Group on the same night that the two sides will cooperate with Shenzhen Bus Group's 6,000 taxi and 6,000 bus batteries, jointly implement battery assets, fund building, energy storage and ladder utilization and other aspects, to create a benchmark in Shenzhen and the world. The cooperation parties will deeply combine the development plan of "Electric Shenzhen", the layout of stations and the digital transformation of smart transportation, and build a green energy replenishment network with "100 comprehensive energy stations + 3,000 charging, replacing and replenishing points" as the main context.

Data released by Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality in early December showed that the number of new energy vehicles promoted in Shenzhen reached 191,000 in the first 11 months of this year, leading the country in NEV ownership. In terms of the construction of new-energy vehicle charging infrastructure, the two sides will actively promote the application of new-energy vehicles (NEV) in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in terms of taxis, e-hailing, buses, etc., carry out a feasibility study on cooperation in the sales, leasing and operation of new energy vehicles, and give full play to the technical and management advantages in the field of electric charging and replacement. To jointly promote the construction and operation of electric charging and replacement infrastructure, and provide supplementary energy services for new-energy vehicles in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In terms of the construction of photovoltaic, energy storage, charging, inspection and power exchange of new energy charging stations, the two sides will explore joint investment and construction of integrated projects in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, carry out research on integrated modes, and strive to create an ecological closed loop of clean energy power generation, electricity consumption, charging and power exchange and energy storage, so as to achieve carbon reduction. The two sides will facilitate the development of carbon neutral industrial clusters in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In terms of energy big data cooperation, the two sides will explore to build a data system for the whole life cycle of batteries based on the data of battery banks, integrate the energy, transport capacity and financial data of the whole industrial chain, including battery banks, charging and exchanging stations, new energy vehicles, new energy stations and energy storage stations, to provide support for the site selection and development of charging and exchanging networks, energy allocation, finance and insurance, etc. The tow sides will develop relevant industry standards together.

At the same time, the two sides will explore the establishment of a new energy industry fund, which will focus on investment in new energy, new energy vehicle industry chain, intelligent manufacturing related to optical storage, charging, inspection and replacement projects and other fields. The fund will focus on related investments in the industrial chain of both sides, including power battery financial leasing.

Zhu Gongshan, Chairman of GCL Group, said that after launching the strategic cooperation, the two sides should carry out in-depth cooperation in a wider scope in the "zero-carbon" field, laying a solid foundation for "leading the Bay Area and going global" in the future.

证券时报·e公司记者当晚从协鑫集团获悉,双方将以深圳巴士集团旗下6000台出租车与6000台大巴车的电池为合作主体,共同实施电池资产、基金搭建、储能及梯次利用等方面合作,打造深圳及全球的标杆。合作双方将深度结合“电动深圳”发展规划、场站布局和智慧交通数字化转型,构建以“100座综合能源站+3000个充换电补能点”为主体脉络的绿色能源补能网络。

深圳市发改委12月初发布的数据显示,今年前11个月,深圳市推广新能源车数量达19.1万辆,新能源车保有量全国领先。在新能源汽车充电基础设施建设方面,双方将积极推进深圳及粤港澳大湾区的出租车、网约车、公交车等方面新能源汽车的应用,围绕新能源车辆销售、租赁、运营业务开展合作可行性研究,充分发挥充换电领域的技术和管理优势,联合推进充换电基础设施建设及运营业务,为深圳及粤港澳大湾区新能源汽车提供补能服务。

在新能源充电站光、储、充、检、换建设方面,双方将探索在深圳及粤港澳大湾区当地共同投资建设“光储充检换”一体化项目,开展“光储充检换”一体化模式研究,致力于打造清洁能源发电、用电、充换电和储能的生态闭环,实现减排降碳,双方借此推进支持深圳及粤港澳大湾区发展碳中和产业集群。

在能源大数据合作方面,双方将探索以电池银行的数据为基础,打造电池全生命周期数据体系,整合电池银行、充换电站、新能源汽车、新能源电站、储能电站等全产业链的能源、运力和金融数据,为充换电网络的选址开发、能源调配、金融保险等提供支撑,并制定相关行业标准。

与此同时,双方将探索设立新能源产业基金,基金重点聚焦投资新能源、新能源汽车产业链以及光储充检换项目相关的智能制造等领域,重点围绕双方产业链进行相关的投资,包括动力电池融资租赁。

协鑫集团董事长朱共山表示,开启战略合作后,双方要在“零碳”领域更大范围开展深度合作,为未来“引领湾区、走向世界”打好基础。
