On the morning of December 8th, the delivery ceremony and strategic signing ceremony of Sinosynerhy and Xugong Automotive heavy truck with the theme of "Hydrogen loading and Intelligent Leading to the future" was held in Xugong. 100 Xugong heavy trucks carrying Sinosynerhy Hydrogen fuel cell system made a grand appearance and were officially delivered and put into operation. So far this year, Sinosynerhy delivered another order of 100 units. The activity was organized by Sun Lei, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., LTD., Xia Yongyong, Deputy General Manager of Xugong Group, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Xugong Automotive Division, Xing Wei, Researcher of Changchun Institute of Chemical Engineering, Director of Advanced Chemical Power Laboratory, Director of Electrochemical Committee of Chinese Chemical Society, Chen Xiaomin, chairman of Sinosynerhy, Yang Zeyun, general manager of Sinosynerhy and other leaders attended the meeting. The financial institutions represented Huatai Securities, the operating platform represented Erduosi Mengxi Zheng and other partners witnessed the meeting.

On the basis of the delivery of 100 hydrogen vehicles, Sinosynerhy and Xugong Automobile reached further cooperation intention on deepening the application and marketing of fuel cells in commercial vehicles, and officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the site, announcing that by 2025, no less than 1,000 fuel cell vehicles will be promoted. According to the agreement, the two sides adhere to the principles of "long-term cooperation, mutual benefit, policy promotion, market leadership and project traction", complement each other's advantages, jointly carry out research, development and application of fuel cell vehicle technology, and jointly promote the industrialization and scale process of fuel cell vehicles.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Xia gave a brief introduction to Xugong Motor and its contribution to leading green technology innovation. He pointed out: Xugong Group is a banner of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Since its establishment 33 years ago, Xugong Group has always ranked the first place in the domestic construction machinery industry, and currently ranks the top three in the global industry. As one of the group's two major manufacturing sectors, Xugong Automobile began to make advance planning and layout for new energy commercial vehicles in 2016. Through years of industry deep cultivation, Xugong has made continuous innovation and breakthrough in market, research and development, and operation, setting up a number of industry benchmarks. As an important direction of fuel cell vehicle application, Hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck has become the main application scenario of hydrogen fuel cell in the future and an important breakthrough of commercial application. The strong alliance between Xugong Automobile and Sinosynerhy marks another big leap in Xugong's exploration of green logistics and transportation, and has injected strong momentum to accelerate energy transformation.

Then, the general manager of Sinosynerhy Yang Zeyun briefly introduced the company's future strategic layout and the cooperation between the two sides, the long-term cooperation of the two sides expressed a beautiful vision, and to support and care about the development of Sinosynerhy leaders and guests expressed gratitude. Yang Zeyun said that since its establishment seven years ago, Sinosynerhy has successfully realized the independence of R&D and innovation, localization of core materials and production equipment, and high-quality large-scale production. The hydrogen energy heavy truck jointly developed with Xugong Automobile is a concrete action result of both sides' implementation of the strategy of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking. In the future,Sinosynerhy is willing to join hands with Xugong Automobile to jointly contribute to promoting clean energy development and high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry.

The 100 hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks delivered this time are jointly built by Sinosynerhy and Xugong Automobile. The vehicle is equipped with the Sinosynerhy Hongtu G110 fuel cell system, the system rated power up to 110kW, matching multi-speed AMT transmission, to achieve high power output. Sinosynerhy has carried out thousands of software and hardware testing and verification, and the comprehensive performance and safety performance of the products have been excellent. The vehicle has the advantages of fast hydrogenation, low noise, low hydrogen consumption, zero emission and so on, with a driving range of more than 450 kilometers. The vehicle is equipped with a 15.6-inch large-screen LCD screen, high-quality seats and double-decker sleeping berth, which bring comfortable experience to the driver and can meet the requirements of cold mining and steep slope driving.

Since Sinosynerhy and Xugong Group started business in 2020, both sides have been upholding the principle of mutual benefit to promote cooperation, to create hydrogen fuel tractor, dump truck, mixing truck and other models, established a long-term partnership. In August 2022, based on the concept of jointly building a green energy ecological chain, Xugong Venture Capital made a strategic investment in Sinosynerhy and became an important shareholder of Sinosynerhy. This time, the two sides further consolidate the strategic cooperative relationship, give full play to Sinosynerhy's years of practical experience in hydrogen fuel commercial vehicles and Xugong Automobile's unique advantages as the only state-owned heavy truck and the only new energy truck manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu Province, jointly create a model of hydrogen energy green transportation industry, and strive to achieve the ultimate goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

12月8日上午，以“氢装上阵  智引未来”为主题的国鸿氢能、徐工汽车重卡交付仪式暨战略签约仪式在徐工举行，100辆搭载国鸿氢能燃料电池系统的徐工重卡盛大亮相，正式交付并投入运营。这也是今年为止，国鸿氢能交付的又一笔百台级订单。此次活动由徐州工程机械集团有限公司党委副书记、总经理孙雷、徐工集团副总经理、徐工汽车事业部党委书记、总经理夏泳泳，长春应化所研究员、先进化学电源实验室主任、中国化学会电化学专委会主任邢巍，国鸿氢能董事长陈晓敏、国鸿氢能总经理杨泽云等领导出席，金融机构代表华泰证券、运营平台代表鄂尔多斯蒙西正和公司等合作伙伴共同见证。

在百辆氢车交付的基础上，国鸿氢能与徐工汽车就深化燃料电池在商用车方面的应用和市场推广达成进一步合作意向，并于现场正式签署了战略合作协议，宣布将于2025年前实现不少于1000台燃料电池车辆的推广。根据协议内容，双方坚持“长期合作、互利共赢、政策推动、市场主导、项目牵引”的原则，优势互补，联合开展燃料电池车用技术的研究、开发与应用，共同推进燃料电池汽车产业化、规模化进程。

仪式伊始，夏泳泳简要介绍了徐工汽车基本情况以及在引领绿色科技创新方面做出的贡献。他指出：徐工集团是我国高端装备制造业的一面旗帜，集团自成立33年以来，始终位于国内工程机械行业第一位，目前排名全球行业前三。作为集团旗下两大制造业版块之一的徐工汽车，2016年就开始对新能源商用车进行了超前谋划布局、通过多年的行业深耕，在市场、研发、运营端不断的创新突破，树立了多个行业标杆。氢燃料电池重卡作为燃料电池汽车应用的一大重要方向，已经成为氢燃料电池未来主要的应用场景和商业化应用的重要突破口。此次徐工汽车和国鸿氢能的强强联合，标志着徐工在绿色物流运输的探索上又实现了大跨越，为加快能源转型注入了强劲动能。

随后，国鸿氢能总经理杨泽云简要介绍了公司未来战略布局及双方合作情况，对双方的长期合作表达了美好的憧憬，并对支持和关心国鸿氢能发展的各位领导和来宾表示感谢。杨泽云表示，国鸿氢能成立七年以来，成功实现研发创新的自主化、核心材料与生产装备的国产化、生产制造的高品质规模化。此次与徐工汽车联合开发的氢能重卡是双方践行碳中和、碳达峰战略的具体行动成果。今后，国鸿氢能愿与徐工汽车携手，共同为推进我国能源清洁发展、推动氢能行业高质量发展贡献力量。

本次交付的100辆氢燃料电池重卡，由国鸿氢能携手徐工汽车共同打造。车辆配备了国鸿氢能鸿途G110燃料电池系统，系统额定功率达110kW，匹配多档AMT变速器，实现大功率输出。国鸿氢能进行上千次的软、硬件测试验证，产品综合性能、安全性能均有着出色表现。车辆具备加氢快、低噪音、低氢耗、零排放等优势，续航里程达450公里以上。车辆配备15.6寸大屏幕液晶显示屏，高品质座椅，双层卧铺，为驾驶员带来舒适体验，能够满足矿区严寒、陡坡行驶等场景需求。
