December 6, Zhejiang Tianneng Hydrogen Energy Technology Co.Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sinosynergy Technology (Jiaxing) Co. Xiong Yun, president of Tianneng Hydrogen Energy Division, and Zhang Zhejun, executive vice president of Sinosynergy, attended and signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two parties will integrate the high-quality resources of their respective enterprises, build an efficient and coordinated supply chain channel network, focus on building a support platform for fuel cell market interoperability, key technology research and development and industrial innovation, and promote the commercialization process of hydrogen fuel cells.

Xiong Yun said that Tianneng Hydrogen Power has always been supported by technological innovation, focusing on the three-wheel drive of "industry + technology + capital", and steadily improving its industrial strength; Sinosynergy, as a new enterprise, has stepped into a road of product import, digestion, absorption and re-innovation, and set a benchmark in China's hydrogen energy industry. Based on this cooperation, both parties will focus on market, technology, industry and capital, effectively combine the resource advantages of Tianneng with the product advantages of Sinosynergy, and jointly promote the industrial development and large-scale application of fuel cells.

Zhang Zhejun said that Sinosynergy has always insisted on the core of product quality and realized the complementary advantages of market resources with Tianneng. Both sides will work together to promote the integration of hydrogen fuel cell technology innovation and capital operation, break through the new path of fuel cell technology, build a new ecology of hydrogen fuel cell industry and develop a new situation of fuel cell application development.

Sinosynergy has been committed to providing the society with high-quality hydrogen fuel cell reactor products, and has realized the independent research and development innovation, the localization of core materials and production equipment, and the high-quality scale of production intelligence, and the market share of its core products has reached 70%.

Hydrogen fuel cell is a core strategic segment with great potential in Tianneng's development strategy. 12月6日，浙江天能氢能源科技有限公司与国鸿氢能科技（嘉兴）股份有限公司签订战略合作框架协议。天能氢能源事业部总裁熊云与国鸿氢能常务副总经理张哲军出席并代表双方签署合作协议。
