On November 28, Xiang Guangda, Chairman of Tsingshan Industry, accompanied by Xiang Binghe, chairman of Yongqing Group Co., LTD., Chen Shangsong, chairman of Zhejiang Dingsen Holding Co., LTD., and Sun Jianqiang, General manager of Mozambique Green Energy Industrial Park Co., LTD., paid a visit to Mozambique's presidential Palace at the invitation of Mozambique's President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi.

Chairman Xiang Guangda briefly introduced the background of Tsingshan Industry and the project of Industrial Park in Indonesia. He planned to use Mozambique's abundant hydropower resources and green power resources such as solar and wind power to create low-carbon and clean energy to provide power guarantee for the park in the future. At the same time, President Xiang Guangda proposed to build the great corridor of Africa and the largest port in Africa, covering Zimbabwe, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi and other countries, invest in the construction of logistics infrastructure and improve transportation capacity, and build the world's most competitive green industrial park.

President Felipe Jacinto Nyusi said he welcomed Aoyama's investment in Mozambique and appointed the Minister of Industry to head a task force to help implement the project. The Minister of Energy also set up a task force to coordinate and organize the electricity supply plan.

On the morning of the same day, President Xiang Guangda and his delegation paid a visit to Chinese Ambassador to Mozambique Wang Hejun. President Xiang introduced  Tsingshan's investment in the "Belt and Road" countries in recent years and some major achievements made by Qingshan. Chairman Xiang said:  Ambassador Wang Hejun welcomed and supported Tsingshan's investment in Mozambique.

11月28日，青山实业董事局主席项光达在永青集团有限公司董事长项炳和、浙江鼎森控股有限公司董事长陈上松、莫桑比克绿色能源产业园有限公司总经理孙建强的陪同下，应莫桑比克总统菲利佩•雅辛托•纽西的邀请前往莫桑比克总统府拜会。

项光达主席就青山实业背景和印尼工业园区项目情况做了简单介绍，计划利用莫桑比克丰富的水电资源并结合太阳能和风电等绿色电力资源，打造低碳清洁能源为未来园区用电提供电力保障；同时项光达主席提出打造非洲大通道和非洲最大港口，辐射津巴布韦、赞比亚、刚果金和马拉维等国，投资建设物流基础设施和改善交通运输能力，打造全球最具竞争力的绿色产业园。

菲利佩•雅辛托•纽西总统表示：非常欢迎青山来莫桑比克投资项目，并任命工业部长牵头成立特别工作小组协助青山莫桑比克项目落地，同时能源部长也成立工作小组协调组织电力供应方案。

当日上午，项光达主席一行拜访了中国驻莫桑比克大使王贺军，项光达主席介绍了近年来青山在“一带一路”国家项目投资情况和取得的一些重大成绩，项光达主席表示：将继续坚定不移坚持习近平主席的“走出去”战略，在“一带一路”国家建设方面贡献企业力量、再创辉煌！王贺军大使对青山在莫桑比克投资表示欢迎并给予支持。

青山莫桑比克项目从今年5月份以来，充分对接有关重要职能部门，包括总统府、能矿部、工业部、投资局、外交部等；目前工作已取得进展，政府部门已完成未来工业园区32000公顷土地的前期调研工作，现已与莫桑比克政府工业部共同起草投资合作备忘录，准备在年底前签约；同时莫桑团队对莫桑比克国内及非洲相关地区的矿产资源进行了调查和对接，包括煤矿、锂矿、石灰矿、石墨矿、铜钴矿、铝土矿、锰矿、天然气等，目前已经取得一定进展，拟组建一支专门的矿产调查团队；针对未来园区电力供应、土地审批、港口码头规划、矿产开发、物流运输等项目进行可行研究。
