Recently, witnessed by China Academy of Electrical Science and industry experts, the new-generation direct-outgoing 1000 kV AC UHV transformer (hereinafter referred to as the "new-generation mega volt transformer") developed by TBEA Electrotechnical Co., Ltd. passed the first test in the UHV National Engineering Test Hall of Northeast Power Transmission and Transformation Technology Industrial Park of TBEA Electrotechnical Co., LTD. It became the first enterprise in China to pass all the tests of this product at one time, marking the leading breakthrough of Chinese UHV transformer technology once again.

At the beginning of this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System", which proposed the construction of the Sichuan-Chongqing ultra-high voltage main grid to promote the power grid to adapt to the large-scale centralized new energy and the development of distributed energy in a large quantity and a wide range. In order to meet the high reliability of high-altitude equipment, Tebian set up a special research team, which passed the product development in one go after the guidance of State Grid and industry experts for many times.

It is reported that the product for the first time uses a new direct outlet device, fixed on the device body, avoid the indirect outlet device test after disassembly, site reassembly and other processes brought risks. The new coil insulation structure is adopted for the first time to further improve the insulation characteristics, short-circuit resistance strength, temperature rise distribution, workshop production process and other properties, especially to meet the requirements of transformer temperature rise in high altitude areas. For the first time, the new oil tank explosion-proof design concept is adopted, which greatly improves the explosion-proof performance of the transformer. With the application of these new technologies, the performance of the new generation of megv transformer technology exceeds that of the previous generation products, and the total loss is reduced by more than 80kW, greatly improving the energy efficiency of the products.

As a key link in China's new energy supply consumption system, the stability, security and reliability of the UHV sector are particularly critical, said the project's relevant official. The successful test of the new generation of mega volt transformer has improved the safety and stability of Chinese AC transformer operation in high altitude areas, which plays an important role in the consumption of clean energy and the stable operation of the power grid. 近日,在中国电科院、行业专家见证下,由特变电工股份有限公司研发的新一代直接出线式1000千伏交流特高压变压器(以下简称"新一代百万伏变压器"),在特变电工东北输变电科技产业园特高压国家工程试验大厅一次试验合格,成为全国首家一次性通过该产品所有试验的企业,标志着我国特高压变压器技术再次取得引领性突破。

今年年初,在国家发展改革委、能源局印发了《“十四五”现代能源体系规划》中,提出要建设川渝特高压主网架,推动电网主动适应大规模集中式新能源和量大面广的分布式能源发展。为满足高海拔设备高可靠性,特变电工成立专项攻关小组,经过国网、行业专家多次专项论证指导,一次性通过产品研制。

据悉,该产品首次采用全新的直接式出线装置,固定于器身上,避免了间接式出线装置试验后拆装、现场复装等过程带来的风险;首次采用全新的线圈绝缘结构,进一步提升产品的绝缘特性、抗短路强度、温升分布、车间生产工艺等性能,尤其是满足高海拔地区变压器温升的要求;首次采用全新的油箱防爆设计理念,大幅提升了变压器的防爆性能。这些新技术的应用,让新一代百万伏变压器技术性能超越前代产品,总损耗降低80kW以上,大幅提升了产品的能效水平。

该项目相关负责人表示,作为我国新能源供给消纳体系的关键环节,特高压领域的稳定性、安全性和可靠性显得尤为关键。新一代百万伏变压器的试验成功,提高了我国交流变压器在高海拔地区运行的安全稳定性,对清洁能源消纳、保障电网稳定运行具有重要作用。(经济日报记者 马呈忠 通讯员 陈丹)
