The golden autumn of September is full of fruits. On September 8, 2022, the annual "Golden Autumn Student Assistance" event was held in various parks of GEM. Nearly 80000 yuan of grants have been granted to 53 children of GEM workers with difficulties who have been admitted to full-time institutions of higher learning.

At the grant ceremony, Dong Yang, a member of the trade union of the Group, read out the Evaluation Results of the Golden Autumn Student Assistance Activities of GEM in 2022. After comprehensive review by the trade unions of the Group and its branches, the Group finally decided to subsidize 53 children of employees, including 2 children of Class A and 16 children of Class B, with a grant of 3000 yuan per person, and considering the degree of difficulty, length of service and work performance of employees; C and other subsidies are 35, with a grant of 1000 yuan per person. Wang Qiang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, Li Jinping, Assistant General Manager of the Group, Lv Zhi, Director of Production and Market Task Dispatching Center of Jingmen Park, and Liu Yu, Director of Material System Dispatching Office of Jingmen Park, awarded grants to subsidized employees and their children. Adhering to the spirit of corporate responsibility of "Caring for Employees", since 2017, GEM has continued to carry out the "Golden Autumn Student Assistance" campaign, subsidizing more than 300 children of employees with difficulties and granting nearly 1 million yuan of love grants, effectively alleviating the pressure of family life of employees with difficulties and helping students eager to study to realize their dreams.

金秋九月，硕果累累。2022年9月8日，一年一度的“金秋助学”活动在格林美集团各园区举行。近8万元助学金已悉数发放至53名考取全日制高等院校的格林美困难职工子女手中。

助学金发放仪式上，集团工会委员董洋宣读了《2022年度格林美集团金秋助学活动评审结果》。经集团及各分公司工会综合评审，从职工困难程度、职工工龄、工作表现等各方面情况进行综合考量，集团最终决定对53名职工子女进行资助，其中，A等资助2名，助学金3000元/人；B等资助16名，助学金2000元/人；C等资助35名，助学金1000元/人。集团副总经理王强、集团总经理助理李金萍、荆门园区生产与市场任务调度中心主任吕志、荆门园区材料体系调度办公室主任刘郁为受资助员工及其子女颁发助学金。秉着“关爱员工”的企业责任精神，自2017年起，格林美持续开展“金秋助学”活动，共资助困难员工子女300余人，发放爱心助学金近100万元，有效缓解了困难员工的家庭生活压力，助力渴望求学的莘莘学子成才圆梦。
