Recently, the 4th CEIBS Annual Conference on Social Responsibility and 2022 ESG Summit Forum were held in Shanghai. As an EMBA alumnus of China and Europe and an invited guest, Ren Silong, chairman of Liangxin, attended the forum and talked with guests from the political, business and academic circles about the practice and development of ESG in post-COVID era enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the development of "double carbon goals" for enterprises and contributing to the sustainable development of society.

The CEIBS Annual Conference on Social Responsibility is jointly hosted by CEIBS and the Alumni Association of CEIBS (hereinafter referred to as the Alumni Association of CEIBS). As an annual event for CEIBS alumni, it aims to guide alumni to participate in public welfare undertakings and actively practice corporate social responsibility.

At the round table forum, Liangxin Chairman Ren Silong and invited guests discussed the application of ESG concept in Chinese enterprises under the new economic structure around the topic of "Post-COVID Era, Practice and Development of Enterprise ESG", and shared Liangxin's experience in ESG practice.

Last year, Liangxin was honored as the "Top 100 ESG List of A-share Companies in 2021", which is the only enterprise selected in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances. Ren Silong said that they are the participants and beneficiaries of ESG, and Liangxin won the National Green Factory in 2021.

He pointed out that the practice of ESG should take a long way, have a special responsible person and measurement, and integrate with the business of the enterprise, including strategy, R&D, marketing, staff management, supply chain and so on, so as to achieve real results and bring sustained value and strength to the enterprise.

Under the background of "double carbon", through continuous exploration and improvement, Liangxin always insists on driving green manufacturing with technological innovation, running low-carbon, green and digital through the whole life cycle of products, reducing product power consumption and improving product energy saving. Most of its products have passed CE certification and TUV certification in Germany;

Detailed management of infrastructure, management system, process products and environmental emissions has formed a long-term mechanism for pollution prevention, energy saving and continuous improvement, which has passed the certification of quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system and energy management system;

It vigorously promotes the lean transformation of water, electricity and gas equipment, and regularly entrusting the third-party organizations to monitor waste gas, waste water and noise. In the past three years, no pollutants have been discharged beyond the standard in the test reports, so as to realize the coordinated development of economic and social benefits of enterprises.

The forum also released the initiative to practice ESG, and issued a positive call to all alumni to practice ESG. Liangxin will continue to lead the concept of social responsibility, from the leader of social responsibility to the practitioner of ESG, fulfill social responsibility, give full play to the spirit of innovation, and move forward to achieve the symbiosis and co-prosperity of business and society!

近日，第四届中欧校友社会责任年会暨2022 ESG高峰论坛在上海举行。作为中欧EMBA校友、受邀嘉宾——良信董事长任思龙出席当天论坛活动，与政商学界嘉宾共话后疫情时代企业ESG的实践与发展之道，为企业“双碳目标”发展夯实基础，为推动社会可持续发展贡献力量。

中欧校友社会责任年会由中欧国际工商学院和中欧国际工商学院校友总会（以下简称中欧校友总会）联合主办。作为中欧校友年度盛会，其旨在引导校友参与公益事业、积极践行企业社会责任。

圆桌论坛上，良信董事长任思龙与受邀嘉宾围绕“后疫情时代，企业ESG的实践与发展”话题，展开了新经济格局下ESG理念在中国企业的应用探讨，分享了良信在ESG实践方面的经验。

去年良信荣登“2021年A股公司ESG百强榜”，是低压电器领域唯一入选的企业。任思龙表示，我们是ESG的参与者和受益者，良信在2021年获得了国家级绿色工厂。

他提出，践行ESG要走长路，要有专门的责任人和度量，并与企业的各项业务融合，包括战略、研发、营销、员工管理、供应链等等，这样才有真正实效，才能真正给企业带来持续的价值和力量。

在“双碳”背景下，良信通过不断的探索和改进，始终坚持以技术创新带动绿色制造，将低碳化、绿色化、数字化贯穿产品全生命周期，降低产品功耗，提升产品节能性，大部分产品通过了欧工体的CE认证及德国的TUV认证；

围绕基础设施、管理体系、工艺产品、环境排放等方面细化管理，形成了预防污染、节能降耗、持续改进的长效机制，已通过质量管理体系认证、环境管理体系认证、职业健康安全管理体系认证、能源管理体系认证等一体化管理体系；

大力推进用水、用电、用气设备的精益化改造，且定期委托第三方机构对废气、废水和噪声进行监测，近三年的检测报告均未出现污染物超标排放现象，实现企业的经济效益与社会效益协调发展。

本次论坛上还发布了践行ESG倡议，面对全体参会校友发出践行ESG的积极号召。良信将继续引领社会责任理念，从社会责任的引领者到ESG的践行者，履行社会责任，发挥创新精神，为实现商业与社会共生共荣砥砺前行！
