On December 28, 2022, the 11th Summit Forum of Listed Companies in China, sponsored by Daily Economic News, a highly influential financial media in China, was grandly held. During the event, the annual honorary ceremony of China's capital market, the 12th Chinese Public Reputation List of Listed Companies in 2022, was released. In the past year, Broad-Ocean Motor continued to implement an active cash dividend policy and implemented various forms of equity incentive schemes, constantly improving the corporate governance system, optimizing the investor feedback mechanism and actively fulfilling its social responsibility to the public. In 2022, the board of directors and the management of Broad-Ocean Motor made great efforts to lead all employees of the listed company to move forward bravely, overcome the severe challenges brought by the COVID-19 epidemic, rising raw material prices, chip shortage, exchange rate fluctuations and complex and changeable domestic and international environment, and achieved remarkable results. Broad-Ocean Motor realized operating income of 8.151 billion yuan in the first three quarters, an increase of 11.28% over the previous year, and realized net profit of 449 million yuan, an increase of 20.22% over the previous year. Broad-Ocean Motor has been constantly improving the standardized operation of the board of directors and the construction of corporate governance system, actively promoting the younger talent team, boldly employing and training young managers, and stimulating organizational vitality. At the same time, by formulating human resources policies that keep pace with the times, strengthening personnel recruitment, training, increasing equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans and other medium- and long-term incentives, the company has formed and stabilized a talent team adapted to the future development of the company, gradually formed a talent echelon of managers and core positions, and further promoted the strategy of younger talents.

At the same time, through the active cash dividend policy, the company effectively gives back to investors. In 2022, the company implemented two cash dividends during the reporting period, and launched a share repurchase plan of more than 50 million yuan, and the total amount of cash dividends (including the amount of share repurchase) reached 429 million yuan.
