As the first major project promoted by Beijing Economic Development Zone and Inner Mongolia Sunite Right Banner, the power station integrates the abundant local light energy and animal husbandry resources according to local conditions, creates a demonstration development model of "photovoltaic + energy storage + comprehensive sand control + aquaculture", enhances the "hematopoietic function" of the industry, and provides assistance for the revitalization of local industries and rural areas.
Tongwei supplied 650Wp and 655Wp double-sided double-glass monocrystalline large-size high-efficiency half-chip modules for the project. This type of product adopts high-quality and high-efficiency Tongwei solar cells with symmetrical parallel structure design, which greatly reduces the internal electrical loss of the module and can effectively avoid output loss in the case of shading (shadow, foreign matter, etc.) in outdoor operation. The structural design of double-sided power generation makes full use of each light energy, matches the high reflection ground environment and the tracking bracket system, and can obtain more additional power generation benefits. By adopting that small-pitch packaging, the space between the cell is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the quality reliability, the space utilization rate and the output power of the assembly are improved, and the efficiency of the assembly can be improved by more than 0.15% on the premise of batteries with the same efficiency. At the same time, non-destructive scribing technology is used to ensure that there is no mechanical damage in the scribing process. Compared with conventional slicing technology, the risk of micro-cracking can be reduced by more than 50%.
Tongwei high-efficiency double-sided components are matched with tracking brackets to maximize the use of abundant local light resources and produce clean power energy with low cost and high efficiency. In this cooperation with Beijing Oriental Energy Project, Tongwei's supply capacity and product quality have been highly recognized by customers. With the successful completion of the project, it also laid a good foundation for the two sides to establish a deeper level of diversified cooperation.

通威为该项目供应了650Wp、655Wp双面双玻单晶大尺寸高效半片组件,该型号产品采用优质通威高效太阳能电池,上下对称并联结构设计,大幅降低组件内部电学损耗,在户外运行出现遮挡(阴影、异物等)的情况下也可以有效避免输出损失。双面发电的结构设计,充分利用每一份光能,匹配高反射地面环境和跟踪支架系统,可以获得更多额外发电收益。采用小间距封装,在保证质量可靠性前提下有效减小电池片间距,提升组件空间利用率和输出功率,在相同效率电池前提下,组件效率可提升0.15%以上。同时,采用无损划片技术,确保划片工艺过程无机械损伤,相比常规切片技术,微隐裂风险可以低50%以上。
