MCS
(Microgeneration Certification Scheme, Microgeneration Product Certification
Scheme) is a government agency managed by the Microgeneration Product
Certification Scheme Committee of the United Kingdom, and the quality
certification certificate issued by MCS is a necessary qualification for
photovoltaic modules to enter the UK market. According to the review process,
solar photovoltaic products certified by MCS must comply with relevant
standards and provide qualified test reports, which are usually based on
IEC/EN61215 test reports issued by authorized NCB and then audited by the
factory production control system. Based on its own authoritative test report
and certificate application, Yuantai Solar has successfully passed the factory
review of MCS010 general factory production control and product quality
requirements, and finally obtained the British MCS certification. This not only
provides a new evidence for the high-quality production level of Yuantai Solar,
but also lays a solid foundation for its development in the UK and more
overseas markets.
At
present, Yuantai Solar leans production to build n-type TOPCon photovoltaic
modules, using M10 silicon wafer to carry n-type TOPCon battery technology,
module products have excellent performance in conversion efficiency,
attenuation, temperature coefficient and other aspects, the power range of each
version of the module covers 410 W-575 W, which can perfectly match the
mainstream system design and mature low-cost. It can fully meet the
installation needs of household and industrial and commercial roofs, large
ground power stations and other application scenarios, and bring considerable
economic benefits to scenario users.
The PERC
PV module developed by the company is based on M10/G12 large silicon wafer
technology platform, and adopts advanced MBB, non-destructive cutting,
intelligent welding and other module technologies in the industry. The module
power covers 530 W-670 W, which can widely meet distributed applications and
large-scale ground power station projects.
