Recently, Windpower Monthly, the world's authoritative wind power media, released the results of the "Best Wind Turbine in the World" in 2022. Mingyang Intelligent Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Mingyang Intelligent") was selected as the best list relying on innovation-led product development and advanced and reliable wind power products. It has become the wind power enterprise with the largest number of innovative products in the world, and won the annual gold medal again, leading the development of global wind turbine technology with the strength of hard-core innovation and R & D.

Among them, after Mingyang MySE4.0-166 model won the gold medal of the world's best onshore wind turbine in 2021, Mingyang MySE 6.25-200 model won the first gold medal of "the world's best onshore wind turbine (above 5.6M W)" again in 2022. Mingyang MySE12-242 model ranks third in the world and first in Asia among the "best offshore wind turbines in the world"; Mingyang MySE 260 blade ranks second in the world and Asia as the "best blade in the world". At the same time, Mingyang Onshore MySE4.0-182, Offshore MySE11-230 and Mingyang Onshore Large MW Wind Turbine Transmission System were also included in the list of "Global Best Onshore Wind Turbine (5.5MW and below)", "Global Best Offshore Wind Turbine" and "Global Best Transmission System".


Adhering to the product concept of high power generation, high availability and low cost per kilowatt-hour, Mingyang has developed customized wind turbine products with low wind speed, wind and sand resistance, low temperature resistance, typhoon resistance and plateau type, which are suitable for various application environments such as central and southeastern China, Shagehuang and offshore. MySE 6.25-200 First in the World

MySE6.25-200 is developed based on Mingyang onshore 6.X-7.X MW platform. The single wind turbine power of the platform covers 6.25 MW, 6.7 MW and 7.X MW, and the impeller diameter covers 193 m and 200 m. MySE6.25-200 model is a large wind turbine product developed for onshore medium and high wind speed areas, and is also one of the series models launched by Mingyang for China's desert, Gobi and desert wind power bases. By strengthening the design concept of modularization and decoupling, the unit can quickly respond to the market and provide powerful product solutions based on a mature supply chain system. Aviation grade gene and advanced control strategy provide guarantee for high power generation and high reliability of the unit. The power generation unit has an excellent environmental protection design scheme, which can adapt to different environmental characteristics such as high humidity, strong dust, ultra-high temperature and strong ultraviolet radiation. The blades carried by the unit use high-efficiency airfoils to optimize the aerodynamic shape of both power generation efficiency and system load, providing optimized solutions for a variety of environmental conditions.


World's Best Offshore Wind Turbines
MySE12-242 Third in the World, First in Asia

MySE12-242 and MySE11-230 are developed based on Mingyang MySE10-12 MW offshore wind turbine platform, which is customized for medium and high wind speed areas with typhoons in China (offshore areas such as Guangdong and Fujian) and overseas medium and high wind speed areas such as Europe. The wind turbine continues the advantages of high efficiency and reliability of Mingyang semi-direct drive unit. The application of a number of advanced technologies provides a more reliable solution for unit lubrication and anti-typhoon. This model adopts dual-drive pitch technology, which can meet all kinds of extreme working conditions, further improve the safety level of the unit, and make the pitch more reliable. In addition, a fusion wind measurement system is installed, which uses multi-sensor information fusion technology to achieve intelligent and precise yaw, reduce unit load and increase power generation. At the same time, through multi-source information fusion, the system fault can be predicted earlier, and the scheme can be adopted in advance to enhance the safety of the unit.

MySE260 Blade Second in the World and Asia

The MySE 260 impeller has a diameter of 260 meters and a blade sweeping area of about 53092 square meters. Thanks to the application of carbon fiber materials, blade partition design, modular manufacturing and "aeroelastic cutting" technology, MySE260 blade has the characteristics of lightweight and high performance, its structure is safer, its quality is more reliable, its operation is more stable, and it has excellent anti-typhoon performance. MySE260 blades are equipped with Mingyang 16.X MW ultra-large capacity offshore wind turbines, which have the characteristics of "large impeller diameter, large capacity, typhoon resistance, low cost and high reliability". In terms of power generation capacity, based on the powerful wind-catching capacity of MySE260 blades, the annual power generation of MySE16-260 wind turbines will reach 67 million kilowatt-hours, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 80000 residents, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 65000 tons.

MySE6.25-200基于明阳陆上6.X-7.XMW平台研发,该平台风机单机功率覆盖6.25MW、6.7MW、7.XMW,叶轮直径覆盖193m、200m。MySE6.25-200机型是针对陆上中高风速地区研发的大风机产品,也是明阳面向中国沙漠、戈壁、荒漠风电大基地推出的系列化机型之一。该机组通过强化模块化与可解耦的设计理念,基于成熟的供应链体系,可快速响应市场并提供有力产品解决方案。航空级基因和先进控制策略为机组高发电量及高可靠性提供保证。发电单元具有优秀的环境防护设计方案,可适应高潮湿、强沙尘、超高温和强紫外线等不同环境特性。机组搭载的叶片利用高效翼型、兼顾发电效率与系统载荷的气动外形优化,为多种环境条件提供优化解决方案。


全球最佳海上风电机组
MySE12-242 全球第三,亚洲第一

MySE12-242、MySE11-230机型均基于明阳MySE10-12MW海上风机平台研发,该平台机组针对国内有台风的中高风速区域(广东、福建等海上区域)及欧洲等海外中高风速区域定制设计,风机延续了明阳半直驱机组高效可靠的优势,应用多项先进技术,为机组润滑及抗台提供了更加可靠的解决方案。该机型采用双驱变桨技术,可满足各类极端工况条件,进一步提升了机组的安全等级,变桨更加可靠。另外,还安装了融合测风系统,采用多传感器的信息融合技术,实现智能精准偏航,降低机组载荷和提升发电量。同时,通过多源信息融合,可更早预测出系统故障,提前采取针对方案,增强机组安全性。


全球最佳叶片
MySE260叶片 全球第二,亚洲第二

MySE260叶轮直径达到260米,叶片扫风面积约53092平米。得益于碳纤维材料的应用和叶片分区设计、模块化制造及“气弹裁剪”技术,MySE260叶片具备轻量化和高性能的特点,其结构更安全、质量更可靠、运行更稳定,具备优异的抗台风性能。MySE260叶片搭载明阳16.X兆瓦超大容量海上风电机组,具有“大叶轮直径、大容量、抗台风、低成本、高可靠性”等特点。在发电能力方面,基于MySE260叶片强大的捕风能力,MySE16-260风电机组年发电量将达6700万千瓦时,相当于8万名居民一年用电量,可减少二氧化碳排放6.5万吨。
