On January 5, 2023, the industry authoritative group standard T/CRAAS1085-2023 "Green Intelligent Multi-connected Air Conditioning (Heat Pump) Unit" was officially released by Midea Building Technologies, China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering Working Committee and Hefei General Mechanical and Electrical Products Inspection Institute Co., Ltd. It will be implemented on February 1, 2023.

T/CRAAS1085-2023 "Green Intelligent Multi-connected Air Conditioning (Heat Pump) Unit" issued this time takes the lead in formulating the technical requirements, test requirements and inspection rules that should be followed according to the attributes and intelligent functions of multi-connected green products. The evaluation dimension of product energy consumption is expanded from single equipment energy efficiency to grid response, standby power consumption, efficient components, intelligent management and other dimensions to guide the further reduction of energy consumption of multi-connected air conditioning (heat pump) units, which provides a reference for energy-saving renovation of existing buildings and new green buildings.

On the basis of summarizing the design and evaluation of green products and intelligent functions of domestic refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, it absorbed the practical achievements of many representative professional enterprises in recent years, and widely solicited the opinions of relevant units and industry experts in various ways. Aiming at the goal of improving the overall energy efficiency, the components of the indoor unit are fully DC, which saves about 7% energy compared with the AC indoor unit.

For long-term operation energy efficiency, the performance degradation of 12% * 1 can be reduced by dirty and blocked identification, and the energy consumption of 10% * 2 can be reduced by refrigerant degradation identification every year.


In view of the performance attenuation of partial load in the high energy consumption area, the coordinated control of MPC indoor and outdoor units can achieve a load rate of more than 20% without frequent start and stop, and the refrigeration condition can save energy by more than 21% * 3.


For the management of behavior energy saving, through the personalized intelligent control of partial time and local space, such as automatic shutdown when no one is present, automatic adjustment when the set temperature is too high or too low, it can save more than 20% energy while meeting the comfort * 4.

Building energy consumption and carbon emissions account for 21% of the total social energy consumption and carbon emissions, of which the energy consumption of air-conditioning system accounts for 49% of the building energy consumption, and the multi-connected air-conditioning system, which accounts for 49.6% of the market share of central air-conditioning, is undoubtedly the top priority of energy saving and emission reduction. The MDV multi-split unit redefines the low carbon standard. Only the large-scale production of the integrated arc heat exchanger can reduce the total emission of 5,984,274 tons in the whole life cycle. The carbon reduction benefit brought by the MDV multi-split unit can reduce the emission of the building operation by 0.3% based on the annual carbon emission of about 2 billion tons.

针对提升整体能效的目标,内机部件全直流化,相较于交流内机节能7%左右。

针对长期运行能效,脏堵识别可减少12%*1的性能衰减,冷媒衰减识别每年可减少10%*2 的能耗。


针对高能耗区间部分负荷的性能衰减,MPC内外机协同控制可实现20%以上负荷率无频繁启停,制冷工况节能21%以上*3。


针对行为节能的管理,通过部分时间、局部空间的个性化智能控制,例如无人时自动关机、设定温度过高或过低时自动调节,满足舒适性的同时节能20%以上*4。

建筑能耗与碳排占社会总能耗及碳排的21%,其中空调系统能耗占到建筑能耗的49%,而占到中央空调市场份额49.6%的多联机无疑是节能减排的重中之重。MDV多联机重新定义低碳标准,仅一体化弧形换热器的规模化生产,全生命周期合计减排5,984,274吨,带来的减碳效益,按建筑运行每年碳排放约20亿吨计算,可为建筑运行减排0.3%。
