The award-winning unit belongs to GWH191-4.X series, which is an innovative upgrade of Goldwind Technology under the trend of large-scale unit. The super-large impeller diameter and super-high tower effectively improve the overall power generation and yield of the unit. Behind the breakthrough of innovation is the support of "trustworthiness". GWH191-4.X completed the test and verification of the whole machine on the large-scale wind turbine simulation and test platform of Goldwind Science and Technology in Dafeng, Jiangsu Province, and passed more than 100 verification works such as fatigue test, vibration measurement, thermal test and power characteristics for important systems and components such as blades, generators, nacelles, variable flow, variable pitch and main control.

In May 2022, the model has been successfully installed, commissioned and put into stable operation in Liuyuan, Guazhou, Gansu. The maximum impeller diameter of GWH191-4.0 MW unit reaches 191 meters. Under the premise of annual average wind speed of 4.5m/s, the annual power generation can reach more than 1800 hours.

Domestic mountain king and the peak can be climbed

GWH191-6.7MW, a new generation of medium-speed permanent magnet series product of Goldwind Technology, has a hub height of 110 meters, an impeller diameter of 191 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 150 tons. It is the unit with the largest single unit capacity, the highest tower height, the longest blade and the largest lifting capacity in mountain wind power operation in China.

In November 2022, Guodian Investment Fuyuan West Wind Power Project, which uses the unit, was connected to the grid for power generation. It is estimated that the annual on-grid electricity will be 1.96 billion kWh, which will save about 641000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.732 million tons and sulfur dioxide by about 1171.8 tons.

2022年5月，该机型已在甘肃瓜州柳园成功完成安装、调试，进入稳定运行，GWH191-4.0MW机组最大叶轮直径达到191米，在年平均风速4.5m/s的前提下，年发电量可达1800小时以上。

国内山地王，高峰皆可攀

金风科技全新一代中速永磁系列产品GWH191-6.7MW，轮毂高度110米，叶轮直径191米，最大起重量150吨，是目前国内山地风电投运单机容量最大、塔筒高度最高、叶片最长、起重量最大的机组。

2022年11月，使用该机组的国电投富源西风电项目并网发电。预计年上网电量19.6亿千瓦时，每年可节约标煤约64.1万吨，每年减排二氧化碳约173.2万吨、二氧化硫约1171.8吨。
