On January 30, the State Intellectual Property Office issued a letter on supporting the construction of the Intellectual Property Operation Center for the Photovoltaic Industry, explicitly supporting Beijing JA Solar Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. to build the "Intellectual Property Operating Center for the Photovoltaic Industry", which is the first national intellectual property operating center in the field of photovoltaic manufacturing (excluding polysilicon). It fully reflects the state's affirmation of JA Science and Technology's scientific and technological strength and intellectual property operation ability in the field of photovoltaic manufacturing.

"Photovoltaic Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center" relies on the scale, technology, intellectual property and other advantages of JA Technology, unites industry institutions and upstream and downstream enterprises, and strives to open up the whole chain of photovoltaic industry intellectual property creation, application, protection, management and service. It will play a supporting role in enhancing the innovation and added value of the photovoltaic industry, coping with trade barriers in overseas markets, and promoting the high-quality development of China's photovoltaic industry. The State Intellectual Property Office will provide support in policy coordination, personnel training and expert resources, conduct follow-up guidance and performance evaluation on the construction work, and timely copy and promote the effective experience and model, so as to promote the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry.
