On January 5, 2023, Elion Clean Energy Company Limited and the senior management team of Das Solar gathered in Beijing to exchange the combination of ecological sand control and photovoltaic power generation, and to imagine the prospect of photovoltaic sand control and industrial development. Subsequently, under the witness of Mr. Wang Wenbiao, Chairman of  Elion Resources Group, Mr. Feng Zhibin, Co-President of Elion Resources Group, and Mr. Liu Yong, Chairman and President of Das Solar, General Manager Hou Jinghui and President Han Lisheng of Das solar Research Institute signed a joint venture cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective teams. According to the agreement, the two sides plan to invest 4 billion yuan in Inner Mongolia to build a project with an annual output of 10g W high-efficiency batteries and 10GW sand desert dedicated photovoltaic modules, and to arrange and deploy in-depth cooperation such as the co-construction of the "Photovoltaic Research Institute".

Das Solar Join Hands with Elion to Control Sand with Photovoltaic

In order to carry out Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization and new development concept, actively respond to the national strategic goal of "double carbon", implement the new strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation" for energy security, help to develop the layout of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on desert, Gobi and desert areas, and promote the construction of new power systems for the country. Relying on the practical experience of Elion Resources Group in three-dimensional ecological photovoltaic sand control for more than ten years and the industrial foundation of 3.3 million kilowatts of completed and under construction projects, as well as the R & D and manufacturing capabilities of a new leading high-efficiency photovoltaic cell, component and system application, the two sides set up a joint venture company and build a joint venture company with the scenic base in sand desert area as the core market. It is engaged in R & D, manufacturing and service of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, modules and system applications, and provides high-quality and high-efficiency photovoltaic module products and full-scene and full-process photovoltaic system solutions for sand desert Wind and Solar Base.

According to the agreement, the two sides plan to complete their respective investment decisions in January 2023, complete the registration and site selection design of the joint venture company in February, start construction in March and put into operation in September.

Global Desert Ecological Science and Technology International Alliance (Organization) Founding Conference and Desert Ecological Management and New Energy Science and Technology Forum

Jointly sponsored by Elion Resources Group, the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and the State Power Investment Corporation of China, and with the participation of nearly 40 large domestic and international scientific research institutions and related scientific and technological enterprises such as China Three Gorges New Energy Group, the first member conference of the "Global Desert Ecological Science and Technology International Alliance (Organization)" will be held in Beijing on January 9, 2023.

As a standing director unit, Das solar New Energy Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. will participate in the event. Han Lisheng, President of Das solar Research Institute, will deliver a keynote speech entitled "Analysis of the Planning and Design Scheme of Photovoltaic Sand Control 100 MW New Technology Demonstration Base".
