深圳市环境保护局应对气候变化处处长谭清良表示：“深圳市将发布《企业碳目标设定指南》和《组织碳中和实施指南》、扩大深圳碳市场管控范围和交易范围、积极推进近零碳试点项目申报、高标准建设国家（深圳）气候投融资项目库并协助企业对接商业银行匹配绿色低息贷款，下一步还将配套相应的财政激励政策，与企业界共同推进碳排放强度和总量“双控”目标的达成。”

华为每年从节能、减排、可再生能源使用及设定有挑战性碳减排目标等维度对供应商的碳减排绩效进行评估，逐步加大对碳减排优秀供应商的激励。华为全球采购技术及质量认证部部长秦刚表示：“华为将绿色低碳、可持续发展要求融入采购业务流程，牵引产业链各方持续改进。希望供应商能对标行业优秀实践，与华为一起持续降低碳排放总量，共建绿色低碳、可持续发展的产业链。
