Recently, Goldwind announced its official participation in the RE100 initiative, committing to achieving 100% use of green electricity in its global production and operations by no later than 2031. RE100, as a globally influential and appealing green initiative, was initiated by the renowned international organization Climate Group. Companies joining RE100 must commit to using 100 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of electricity annually and pledge to transition to 100% renewable electricity by no later than 2050. They are also required to disclose their electricity usage data and progress towards their goals annually, while ensuring that their supply chains meet the RE100 standards. Currently, green development has become a global consensus, and increasing a company's use of green energy has become a necessary condition for participating in global competition.

As of now, RE100 has gathered over 400 globally influential companies, including Apple, Microsoft, TSMC, Longi, SKF, Nestlé, and HSBC. Joining RE100 as a trusted partner in clean energy strategy globally, Jin Wind Technology's participation represents staying in sync with numerous global companies in the "carbon neutrality" field. This move further deepens the company's level of green operations after achieving carbon neutrality at the operational level in 2022, empowering the industry chain and various sectors of society with a green example.

As the main initiator of the initiative, Climate Group CEO Helen Clarkson stated, "As a global leader in green electricity, J Goldwind deeply understands the enormous potential of green electricity and will play an indispensable role in humanity's efforts to address climate change. 近日，金风科技宣布正式加入RE100倡议，承诺最晚将于2031年在全球范围内的生产及运营活动实现100%使用绿色电力。

RE100作为一项具有全球影响力与号召力的绿色倡议，由知名国际机构气候组织（Climate Group）发起，加入RE100的公司，企业年用电至少达到 100 吉瓦时（GWh），须承诺不晚于2050年全部使用绿电，且每年要披露用电数据和目标进展，同时其供应链也应达到RE100标准。当前，绿色发展已成为全球共识，提升企业自身的绿色能源使用度已成为企业参与全球竞争的必备条件。
