On this year's "World First Aid Day," we officially launched the social responsibility initiative "G4 Action."

This initiative falls under the core ESG governance topic of "AI Life: Reducing Non-Normal Deaths within Service Spaces" by Onewo, aiming to continuously promote CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training for frontline staff and the deployment of AED (automated external defibrillator) devices in various service spaces. This initiative aims to enhance the emergency response capabilities of service providers in various spaces and attract more social forces to contribute to emergency preparedness.

Recently, the G4 Action achieved its first milestone—by October, Vanke Property became the first residential property management service provider in Shenzhen to fully deploy AED devices in all managed residential communities, contributing to the reduction of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest rates, a significant public health issue in Shenzhen.

According to the World Health Organization's recommendations, there should be at least 100 AED units deployed per 100,000 people. However, the current average AED deployment in China remains relatively low, with an average of 0.2 units per 100,000 people nationwide. Shenzhen leads the nation with an average of 80 AED units per 100,000 people.

In the residential communities served by Vanke Property in Shenzhen, the AED coverage density is approximately 153 units per 100,000 people, with each AED having a radius of ≤600 meters. This means that in the event of an emergency, every Vanke Property homeowner in Shenzhen will have access to a leading emergency response.

According to Li Yanyan, the person in charge of the AED project at Vanke Property, the company serves over 140 residential communities in Shenzhen, with nearly 530,000 homeowners. Since 2022, under government guidance, they have deployed over 800 AED devices and conducted hundreds of CPR training sessions.

Life is the soul of a space, and most of these AED devices come from friendly collaborations with various sectors of society to build a community first aid network. For example, collaborations with the Shenzhen Emergency Center, the Futian District Health Bureau, support from Tencent, as well as donations and crowdfunding from enthusiastic homeowners and the community.

This year, Vanke Property has partnered with Tencent's SSV (Sustainable Social Value Business Unit) to achieve "AI Life, Illuminating Shenzhen," a public welfare collaboration for emergency first aid. They have established an online emergency response system, equipped with emergency medical devices (AED), conducted emergency drills, and popularized community first aid skills in Vanke Property communities in Shenzhen. This aims to achieve a golden 4-minute emergency response in communities, forming an effective solution and adding value to property safety management, setting a benchmark for digital emergency services in community property management in Shenzhen.

Next, we will maintain a good development momentum, work together with all sectors of society to promote the configuration of AED in public places, and gradually illuminate other cities across the country, striving to create a "golden four minute emergency circle" within the national service space.

近日，G4行动迎来首个里程碑——截至10月，万科物业率先在深圳市范围内实现在管住宅小区全部配置AED设备，成为首个在深圳实现AED全覆盖的住宅物业管理服务商，为降低深圳市院外心脏骤停发生率这一重大公共卫生问题贡献一份力量。

根据世界卫生组织建议，每10万人至少部署100台AED；而我国当前平均AED配置量还处于较低水平，全国平均每10万人口配备0.2台；深圳市平均每10万人配备80台AED，覆盖率居全国第一。

而万科物业在深服务的小区AED覆盖浓度约每10万人153台，每台AED 辐射半径≤600 m。这也意味着，当意外发生时，每位在深的万科物业业主将获得全国领先的应急救援响应。

据万科物业AED项目负责人李燕燕介绍，万科物业在深圳市服务的小区超140个，服务业主近53万人，自2022年以来，在政府指导下，共配置AED设备800多台，开展上百场CPR培训。

生命是空间的灵魂，这些AED设备大多来自与社会各界开展的共建社区急救网络覆盖的友好合作，例如：深圳市急救中心与深圳市福田区卫生健康局配置支持以及与腾讯合作获捐等。此外，还有部分AED设备来自于热心业主的捐赠和社区众筹。

今年，万科物业与腾讯SSV（可持续社会价值事业部）达成“共AI生命，点亮深圳”的应急急救公益合作，在深圳万科物业社区搭建线上应急响应系统、配备急救设备（AED）、开展急救演习和社区急救技能普及活动，实现社区黄金4分钟的急救响应，形成有效解决方案及物业安全管理增值，在深圳打造社区物业应急数字化服务标杆。

接下来，我们将保持良好发展势头，与社会各界共创，共同推动公共场所 AED 配置，陆续点亮全国其他城市，为打造全国服务空间内的“黄金四分钟急救圈”而努力。
