公告显示，经宁德时代第二届董事会第二十九次会议、第三届董事会第四次会议审议通过，宁德时代与AmperexTechnologyLimited（以下简称“ATL”）签署了两份《合资合同》（包括《合资合同（关于电芯合资公司）》及《合资合同（关于电池包合资公司）》）及相关修订文件，约定共同出资设立两家合资公司，从事应用于家用储能、电动两轮车、无人机等领域（以下简称“合作领域”）的中型电池的研发、生产、销售和售后服务，包括一家主要从事应用于合作领域的中型电池电芯的研发、生产、销售及售后服务的合资公司（“电芯合资公司”）和一家主要从事应用于合作领域的中型电池电池包的研发、生产、销售及售后服务的合资公司（“电池包合资公司”）。
近日，上述电芯合资公司和电池包合资公司已完成工商注册登记，并领取了厦门市市场监督管理局颁发的《营业执照》。
