1. Suzhou Qidi Design Building is the new headquarters building of Qidi Design Group, located in the Hudong CBD of Suzhou Industrial Park, adjacent to Suzhou Modern Media Building to the north and overlooking the Oriental Gate to the east. This building combines traditional Suzhou imagery with modern green concepts and is a high-quality green building demonstration project in Jiangsu Province.

The building adopts a "vertical courtyard" design, with 7 courtyard falling blocks vertically stacked, each equipped with a shared atrium garden, forming a "three-dimensional garden" in high-rise buildings. 1. The roof of the tower is equipped with flat 6+6mm double glass components with a light transmittance of 5%. The installation area is 1160 square meters, 512 pieces are installed, and the installation capacity is 175KW. The flat hidden frame curtain wall installation form is adopted, with an annual power generation of 190000 kWh.

2. Vertical 6+6mm double glass components are installed on the facade, with an installation area of 68 square meters, 84 pieces installed, and an installation capacity of 6.6KW. The concealed frame curtain wall installation form is adopted, with an annual power generation of 4700 kWh.

For the first time, four rectangular equipment holes were continuously opened on a single concrete beam, and a detailed theoretical analysis and construction measures were carried out for the multi hole parallel beam: the maximum beam span is 13.8m, the beam height is 1.1m, and there are four rectangular openings with a height of 0.4m and a length of 1m in the span beam. All pipelines, including air ducts, pass through the beam. The refrigeration host adopts an efficient magnetic levitation chiller unit, and both the refrigeration pump and cooling pump use frequency conversion technology. We have optimized the overall computer room pipeline by matching the height of the chiller outlet and water pump inlet.
