The project intends to encourage users to travel low carbon by means of honor incentives and welfare incentives. 今年的全国节能宣传周期间，国内专业的本地出行及生活服务平台——哈啰发布共享出行行业首张“个人碳减排证书”，并与广州碳排放权交易所（以下简称“广碳所”）签署低碳战略合作协议。

哈啰于6月开启“低碳骑行月”，在此期间所有用户均可线上参与“碳路者行动”。在哈啰App上的“碳路者 看看你为地球减了多少碳”话题互动区，凡是参与话题互动的用户均可获得6.8折月卡折扣券，同时，截至6月15日骑行减排量排名前20的互动用户，获得了纸质版的广碳所与哈啰联名碳减排证书。

去年8月，哈啰宣布面向数以亿计的注册用户搭建一套个人碳积分系统，为每位用户创建一个记录碳减排情况的“碳账户”。用户的骑行里程数被转换成碳积分“小蓝C”，分值累积到一定额度后，可达成不同类型的公益成就或兑换绿色出行福利。

哈啰两轮出行事业部负责人褚轶群说：“本次行业首张个人碳减排证书的亮相，让个体的日常低碳行为得到认可与鼓励，我相信这样具有行业里程碑意义的合作能为行业构建全面参与的低碳交通体系，开创‘共享出行+低碳’的新里程。”

全国低碳日当日，哈啰与广碳所签署低碳战略合作协议，围绕碳普惠、碳中和、碳交易等项目建立了全面战略合作伙伴关系。双方的合作具体包括广东省与哈啰的共享低碳项目减排量签发和交易，哈啰场景下、个人碳账户项目建设与落地，会议、赛事、建筑等碳中和项目，以及除广东省外的国内其他地区的共享低碳项目减排量的交易和其他创新合作项目等。

除了为用户颁发具有纪念意义和收藏价值的碳减排证书外，哈啰还升级“碳账户”机制，与广碳所即将开发完成全国第一个有碳排放权交易所参与的、面向共享两轮骑行用户的“碳账户”项目。该项目拟以荣誉激励和福利激励等方式，鼓励用户低碳出行。福利激励是指以减碳方法学为基础，精准激励出行贡献，用户由此有机会获得骑行优惠券或受邀参与公益活动等权益。同时，广碳所将持续为低碳出行排名前列的哈啰用户做出减碳荣誉价值的肯定。

据悉，哈啰基于骑行服务和大数据中心能力，已陆续与广东、重庆、四川、上海、北京、山东等全国多个省市的碳普惠平台开展战略合作，从方法学、碳交易、碳积分、公益活动等方面与地方政府共同推进绿色出行的普惠与激励实践。
