Recently, Huawei Digital Energy Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Digital Energy") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with West Africa's leading photovoltaic developer Jiameineng Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiameineng"). Huawei Digital Energy will provide a full set of intelligent optical storage solutions for the 1GW large-scale ground photovoltaic power plant and 500MWh energy storage project developed by Jiameineng in Ghana.

In order to meet the growing demand for electricity, promote energy diversification and rapid economic development, the Ghanaian government has set a strategic target for renewable energy: to increase the proportion of renewable energy in the energy mix to 10% by 2030, vigorously promote the application of green energy and complete the electrification of the whole country.

The company has been working in Ghana for many years, and its business covers mining, electricity, photovoltaic and other sectors. Under the background of global energy structure transformation, it actively expands the new energy business in Ghana and even the African market, provides stable green electricity for the local market, and accelerates the elimination of the power gap.

The two sides have conducted in-depth cooperation and achieved outstanding results in large-scale ground power stations, water-light complementarities, energy storage and household use in Ghana. We look forward to further deepening cooperation in the development of optical storage power stations, data centers, eLTE and public clouds, so as to contribute our share to a greener and better Africa!

近日，华为数字能源技术有限公司（以下简称“华为数字能源”）与西非领先的光伏开发商佳华美能技术有限公司（以下简称“佳华美能”）签署战略合作协议，华为数字能源将为佳华美能在加纳开发的1GW大型地面光伏电站和500MWh储能项目提供全套智能光储解决方案。

佳华美能CEO吴广文，华为加纳代表处代表周玮，华为数字能源副总裁兼首席营销官方良周等出席签约仪式。

加纳政府为满足日益增长的电力需求、促进能源多样化和经济快速发展，制定了可再生能源战略目标：于2030年可再生能源在能源结构中占比提升至10%，大力推进绿色能源的应用并完成全国通电。

佳华美能在加纳深耕多年，业务遍及矿业、电力、光伏等板块，在全球能源结构转型的大背景下，积极拓展加纳乃至非洲市场的新能源业务，为当地提供稳定的绿色电力，加快消除电力鸿沟。
