On January 20, Zhonglin Group and the Beijing Green Exchange jointly issued a White paper on Zhonglin Group's Green and High-quality Development and "Carbon Neutrality" in Beijing, marking that Zhonglin Group has achieved zero carbon emissions and taken the lead in achieving carbon neutrality. As a pioneer of "carbon neutrality", Zhonglin Group has played an exemplary and leading role as a central enterprise.

Yu Honghui, Party Secretary and CHAIRMAN of the BOARD of DIRECTORS of the Group, gave a welcome speech and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the leaders and colleagues who have been caring and supporting the reform and development of Zhonglin Group for a long time. Yu Honghui pointed out that Zhonglin Group will thoroughly implement the decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, take the white paper as an opportunity to become the country's largest carbon sink operation entity and an important operation platform to realize the value of ecological products, and strive to make due contributions in serving the national "double carbon" strategy and ecological civilization construction.

Guo Qingjun, a senior inspector of the Department of Ecology of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, delivered a speech, saying that the release of the white paper means Zhonglin has fulfilled its political responsibility and historical mission in implementing the goal of carbon neutrality with the "timetable" and "construction drawings". Zhang Xueyong, deputy director of the Reform Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, pointed out that as the first central enterprise to declare carbon neutrality, Zhonglin Group plays an important role in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation development of central enterprises and building the strategic planning of the national green development "double carbon" platform.

1月20日，中林集团联合北京绿色交易所在京发布《中林集团绿色高质量发展暨“碳中和”白皮书》，标志着中林集团已实现零碳排放，率先完成碳中和目标，作为“碳中和”先行者，发挥了中央企业应有的示范引领作用。
