冬闲人不闲。去冬今春，张掖市组织开展了“冬日无闲·大抓项目”活动。浙江正泰新能源公司去年冬天在高台县高崖子滩建设的20万千瓦光伏项目，一块块蓝色的光伏板在阳光下熠熠生辉。

去年以来，张掖市按照“风光水火氢醇”多能互补和“发输储运造”一体化发展的思路，推进新能源发电项目市场化竞争性配置，引进头部企业规模化开发新能源产业，在全国首创电价获利空间直接反哺地方经济模式。目前，全市已落地建设新能源项目259万千瓦、协同项目25个，总投资239.87亿元。
